but then what's left of me?
[SET]
name: All Out Attacker
move 1: Tail Slap
move 2: Bullet Seed
move 3: Knock Off
move 4: U-turn / Rock Blast
item: Choice Band / Life Orb
ability: Skill Link
nature: Jolly
evs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
[SET COMMENTS]
Cinccino works as a solid wallbreaker that outspeeds and OHKOes or 2HKOes a large portion of the meta. It is held back by its inability to outspeed relevant threats such as Salazzle and Boltund as well as its difficulty getting past certain Steel-, Ghost-, and Rock-type Pokemon. Bullet Seed allows Cinccino to deal with Rock- and Water-types, such as Rhydon, Gastrodon, and Jellicent. Knock Off heavily damages Ghost-types such as Rotom and serves to limit the longevity of its switch-ins like Steelix and Escavalier by removing their Leftovers. In the final slot, U-turn is a great move to take advantage of the switches Cinccino forces, while Rock Blast gets past Coalossal and Escavalier, two Pokemon that otherwise counter this set.
Cinccino benefits from teammates that can apply pressure to Steel- and Rock-type Pokemon, such as Jellicent, Gastrodon, and Virizion. Pairing Cincinno with Dark-type Pokemon such as Silvally-Dark, Scrafty, and Malamar to take advantage of Ghost-type answers, specifically Sableye, is recommended, but you should make sure to have a solid answer to Fighting-types. Pokemon such as Indeedee and Rotom-S can take advantage of Steelix and Escavalier losing Leftovers to Cinccino's Knock Off.
