• Flutter Mane is an impressive wallbreaker thanks to its nearly unrivaled Speed under sun and unresisted STAB moves and coverage. Mystical Fire notably hits Zacian-C, OHKOing it while sun is up, while also hitting Corviknight. Psyshock is Flutter Mane's strongest attack versus Clodsire, boosted Calm Mind Arceus formes, and Eternatus. Memento is an alternative to facilitate setup from a sweeping teammate such as Swords Dance Koraidon.
• Tera Fairy strengthens Flutter Mane's Moonblast to devastating levels, letting it 2HKO Arceus formes, bulky Calm Mind Kyogre, and defensive Eternatus while also OHKOing defensive Landorus-T and defensive Groudon with a layer of Spikes. Tera Fairy also notably prevents Flutter Mane from being OHKOed by Kingambit's unboosted Sucker Punch.
• Flutter Mane fits well on teams that appreciate its ability to wallbreak for Calm Mind Arceus and Miraidon. Both Flutter Mane and Koraidon also wear down Arceus-Fairy and Toxapex for each other, making them a very potent core. Flutter Mane also pairs well with Kyogre, as they both pressure a similar subset of checks in Eternatus, Koraidon, Clodsire, and Toxapex. Kyogre can also switch into Choice Scarf Koraidon's Flare Blitz if Flutter Mane doesn't want to risk a Speed tie. Since Flutter Mane is such a potent wallbreaker, it appreciates entry hazard support from the likes of Ting-Lu, Clodsire, and Groudon. Groudon in particular is a very potent partner for checking the physical attackers that can take advantage of Flutter Mane while also setting sun for it. Miraidon and Eternatus are other good partners for appreciating Flutter Mane potentially breaking through Ting-Lu and Clodsire.
• Flutter Mane primarily has issues entering the field versus physical attackers such as Zacian-C, Arceus formes, and Kingambit. As a result, Pokemon such as Groudon, Skeledirge, Toxapex, and Landorus-T pair well with it by checking the aforementioned Pokemon. Kyogre, Clodsire, and Arceus formes can also check Flutter Mane prior to it Terastallizing, so checks to them such as Eternatus, Arceus-Ground, and Koraidon are appreciated.

Memento should also be slashed with Mystical Fire, as while Zacian-C still takes massive damage from Shadow Ball, Clod takes nothing from any of your other attacks, meaning SB/Moonblast/Psyshock is technically the most efficient neutral coverage

Flutter Mane fits well on offensive teams that appreciate its ability to break for Calm Mind Arceus and Miraidon, while also deterring Koraidon's Fighting- and Dragon-type attacks and Arceus' Extreme Speed. Thanks to Protosynthesis, when sun is up, Flutter Mane outspeeds the entire unboosted metagame, letting it act as a very strong revenge killer as well.

I really think the word "offensive" is not needed here, as Flutter works fantastically on balance builds in particular thanks to its useful resistances, revenge killing capability, and excellent wallbreaking power. I think LO works better for the quick hitting style of BO rather than the more methodical and prediction-reliant method for Specs, which may need several chances to come in to break properly.

In particular, I think its worth mentioning Flutter's role as a Fairy-type, making it one of the main options outside of Zac-C and Arceus-Fairy for that critical Dragon-type immunity and giving it useful pivoting roles against Korai and Miraidon's Draco Meteor. Specs does a better job at this thanks to the lack of Life Orb recoil.

Another note, you consistently mention Koraidon as a check which feels pretty odd considering it can never switch-in and gets outsped with Proto; specify Tera Fire Koraidon if that's what you're talking about.

Kyogre and Arceus formes can also check Flutter Mane prior to Terastallization, so having check to them such as Eternatus and Koraidon are appreciated.

Mention Clod here

As such, Pokemon such as Groudon and Landorus-T pair well by checking the aforementioned Pokemon.

i see you mentioned ogre as a teammate which is fine, but you should also mention how it helps flutter against scarf korai in the sense that it permits you to not play the speedtie game if you don't want to. also mention mirai or even etern for partners I think. offensive dragons who enjoy tinglu/clod dead or severely weakened to the point they can't check them(the dragons) anymore
