Foul Play can do considerable damage to boosted targets such as Baxcalibur, Swords Dance Arceus formes, and Ogerpon-H. Curse can serve as a last ditch option that puts threatening Pokemon such as Calm Mind Arceus formes and Double Dance Magaerna on a timer. Psychic OHKOes Sneasler and can 2HKO Toxapex, Arceus-Fighting, and Arceus-Poison with entry hazard support. 144 Speed EVs allow Spectrier to outspeed Choice Scarf Landorus. Choice Scarf Spectrier fits best on Balance teams that want a revenge killer and cleaner that can deal with fast Pokemon like Zacian and Deoxys. Spectrier pairs well with Zacian, Zamazenta-C, Sneasler, and other Pokemon that can beat Ghost-resistant foes like Blissey, Garganacl, and Arceus-Dark. Hazard setters such as Magaerna and Deoxys can weaken Pokemon like Arceus formes and Kyurem-W enough for Spectrier to pick up KOs. Spectrier's bulk isn't spectacular, so it appreciates slow, bulky pivots such as Landorus-T and Solgaleo that can get it in safely.

Choice Scarf Spectrier’s excellent 145 Special Attack and impressive 130 Speed (probably say "great Special Attack, Speed, and incredible ability in Grim Neigh" instead.) make it a great decent (great is overselling it.) revenge killer and late game sweeper. With few Ghost resists in the tier and Grim Neigh boosting Special Attack, Spectrier has the potential to be very dangerous once it gets the ball rolling. (This is fluff, no need to add.) Draining Kiss 2HKOs some common Ghost-type switch ins like Cyclizar (Cyc is ass, mention something else.) and Chien-Pao. Foul Play can do considerable damage to boosted targets such as Sneasler after Tera, Swords Dance Arceus, and Ogerpon-H. Psychic OHKOs Sneasler and can 2HKO Toxapex, Arc-Fighting and Arc-Poison with hazard support. Curse can serve as a last ditch option that puts threatening Pokemon on a timer. (Swap these two around, since Curse goes first in the list) 144 Speed EVS allows it Spectrier to outspeed Choice Scarf Jolly Landorus-I. (mention what types of teams Spectier fits best on, which is Balance teams looking for a pivot cleaner and revenge killer.) Zacian and Fighting-types such as Sneasler and Urshifu-Single can beat Ghost resists like Blissey, Garganacl, and Arceus-Dark, and hazard setters such as Magaerna and Deoxys can weaken Pokemon (like?) enough for Spectrier to pick up kills. (Cut these 2 into two different sentences.)
(I think you wanna mention how spectier is very very frail, so having pivots to switch it in like Solg or Lando-T can be nice to have.)

Scarf Spectrier fits best on Balance teams that want a revenge killer/cleaner that can deal with fast Pokemon like Zacian and Deoxys. Fighting types such as Sneasler and Urshifu-Single(maybe mention zac here and change wording, as it can handle all of these mons as well) can beat Ghost resists like Blissey, Garganacl, and Arceus-Dark(add a blurb on why thats important).
