Moves
========
Wood Hammer is Torterra's strongest STAB move, severely damaging most Pokemon that don't resist it and even some of the frailer ones that do, but it inflicts recoil damage. Earthquake is Torterra's alternate powerful STAB move that doesn't have a drawback and easily wipes out any Fire-, Poison-, or Steel-type Pokemon, such as Pyroar, Garbodor, and Klinklang, that resist Wood Hammer. Stone Edge targets Flying-types, such as Charizard, Scyther, and Xatu, which resist both of Torterra's STAB options, while being Torterra's strongest way of hitting Weezing. Seed Bomb is a STAB Grass-type move to use that doesn't incur recoil on Torterra and is especially useful if Torterra is in Overgrow range.

Set Details
========
Maximum Attack investment optimizes Torterra's damaging potential, and maximum Speed investment allows Torterra to outrun as many threats as possible, such as Golurk, Omastar, and Aggron. An Adamant nature bolsters Torterra's power, notably allowing it to achieve feats such as cleanly 2HKOing Vileplume with Earthquake and 2HKOing Musharna with Wood Hammer. A Jolly nature can be considered to allow Torterra to get the the Speed advantage against the likes of Modest Aurorus, Jolly Aggron, Timid Omastar, and offensive Lanturn variants. Choice Band elevates Torterra's Attack stat to staggering levels, allowing it to dent nearly anything with its unresisted STAB attacks. Overgrow gives an extra boost to Torterra's Grass-type moves if Torterra's health drops low, especially from its own repeated Wood Hammers.

Usage Tips
========
Torterra can find multiple opportunities to enter battle and wreak havoc using its high Defense as well as its resistance to Ground-type moves and Stealth Rock. Bulky Rock- and Ground-types such as Rhydon, Steelix, and Regirock make for great opportunities to switch in. Alternatively, Torterra can simply scare out Water- and Poison-types that it outspeeds, such as Lanturn, Gastrodon, Garbodor, and physically offensive Skuntank. From there, it can threaten the foe with its powerful dual STAB moves. Keep an eye out for Pokemon that resist both of Torterra's dual STAB moves; Torterra can attempt to hit them with Stone Edge on the switch, but in the cases of bulkier Pokemon that resist Grass and Ground, such as Weezing and Gourgeist-XL, it may be wiser to pull a double switch and let a teammate handle them. If Torterra's health drops into Overgrow range, it can either resort to Seed Bomb as its main Grass-type attack, or use a last-ditch Wood Hammer to dent the foe.

Team Options
========
Normal-type attackers such as Tauros, Kangaskhan, and Swellow easily lure in bulky Rock- and Steel-types, giving Torterra an easier time switching in to start pummeling foes. These Normal-types are also fast and can threaten most offensive teams, patching up Torterra's lackluster Speed. Flying-types can U-turn out to make the process even smoother: Scyther, Swellow, and Archeops can bait Steel- and Rock-types, whereas Xatu attracts Pursuit Skuntank for Torterra to get a free hit off on the opposing team. Torterra takes Rock- and Electric-type moves aimed at the Flying-types, while the Flying-types cover for Torterra's sluggishness, but you should beware of their weakness to Ice-type attacks. Fire-types such as Pyroar, Magmortar, and Charizard have decent defensive synergy with Torterra, as they resist Bug-, Fire-, and Ice-type hits while absorbing Will-O-Wisp, whereas Torterra resists Ground- and Rock-type moves and has an immunity to Electric-type attacks. Fire-types and Torterra also have terrific offensive synergy with one another, as they boast immense power and can easily break what the other cannot; the Fire-types heavily pressure, if not destroy, Gourgeist-XL, Weezing, and Sap Sipper Miltank, which are some of Torterra's biggest obstacles, while Torterra can easily check slower Ground-, Rock-, and Water-types.

This is almost done and looks good, but there's a few bits you could probably remove. Crunch sounds really bad based on what you've said and since only 5.4% of Torterra run the move (NU 1630), you could probably get away with just not mentioning it. You also don't really have to mention Shell Armor since it's apparent from the next part of the sentence that Overgrow is superior.

Torterra can enter battle using its high physical Defense and resistance to Ground and Rock
This is really really nitpicky and you almost get at it but this is a really big upside to using Tort so i want to make sure it's explicitly stated: slightly reword this to state that Torterra finds multiple opportunities to come in and wreak havoc due to its Rock- and Ground-type resistances (both of which are ubiquitous in NU) and its considerable bulk as well as its resistance to Stealth Rock.

Alternatively, Torterra can simply scare out Water- and Poison-types
That it outspeeds is an important qualifier here.

The first point in TO is just an incomplete version of the second point, so I'd delete it.

Mention with Fire-types that they also heavily pressure bulky Grass-types like Gourgeist as well as Weezing and Sap Sipper Miltank, which are three of Tort's biggest problems.

Pretty straightforward :P QC 1/3

Looks good to me! I don't think you need to split usage tips and team options into paragraphs though.

Torterra can find multiple opportunities to enter battle and wreak havoc using its high physical Defense, (AC) and resistances to Ground and Rock, considerable bulk, and resistance to Stealth Rock (Both of these sound a little redundant; try to weave them into the mentions of its Defense and resistances). Bulky Rock- and Ground-types such as Rhydon, Steelix, and Regirock make for great switch-in opportunities to switch in.
