Welcome to the 4th annual Challenge Cup Cup! After about a year and a half in hibernation (check out the CCC3 awards here!), we’re here to kick things back into high gear with everyone’s favorite Extremely Serious And Very Skillful format, Challenge Cup. In CCC, 8 teams battle it out to prove their skills across varied Challenge Cup formats.

Tournament Structure and Formats
CCC4 will take place over 9 weeks. In the first 7 weeks, the 8 teams will play round robin matchups, so everyone can do a little :) and a little >:( with everyone else. The top 4 teams, determined by overall record (with games-won serving as tiebreaker), will then proceed to the playoffs, duking it out to be crowned CCCCs (Challenge Cup Cup Champions)!

Each team will play 12 matchups per week. The formats are:

How does Mystery Box work?
Each week, the hosts will randomly select two outside-the-box formats to include in each weekly matchup, without repeats. Yes, there is one more format listed here than there are weeks of the tour. The formats are:

To sign up for the tournament, please fill out the form below. Signups will close on October 7th. The tournament is expected to start on October 9th, and the regular season will last the following 7 weeks, with playoffs immediately afterwards. Please state any potential inactivity during this time when signing up. Please copy and paste the form below.
