Yes to everything. Why yes to everything well it's because most of the moves are either TMs and/or Tutor moves. I'm cool with any TM/Tutor move.

Same as GT, except I just don't really think its possible for us to overpower this thing too much, so I say anything goes.

On another note, It already has a base 90 move of any type via Hidden Power...does it really need all this Tbolt/Flamethrower/Ice Beam garbage? It seems like overkill to me, especially since with just the ones I selected it's special movepool beats those of both Gengar and Deoxys-E, which imo is pretty ridiculous.

I think the majority of these 90+ moves are a mistake. If ROCKMON is indeed granted it New Rock Move, Technician is not going to see use at all. What a waste.

Seriously, have you gone crazy? What is going to threat the Levitate set without at least Flamethrower/Thunderbolt? I always defended the legitimacy of a Technician set, I've always supported only new moves inferior to Tech AP and i support Giga drain as the only grass mve of CAP5, but you are really exaggerating... I always hated both those who want to deprive Technician of any selling point and those who want to do the same thing with Levitate. Plz guys, be reasonable...
