@Cerbi01: I just noticed that you have Me First in your Egg move pool, but the egg groups you chose were Bug and Fairy. There are no Bug or Fairy-group Pokémon that can pass on Me First.

I've decided to make a movepool because I'm against making the preevo solely to make the wind moves vialble and leaving Smeargle to handle the Egg moves, which many people have done.

All viable non-TM moves have an * next to them.
All moves not learned by another stage are bolded.

Level-Up

H: Gravity*
H: Fire Punch
H: Thunder Punch (Ice Punch is in Egg moves)
1: Poison Sting
1: Mud-Slap
1: Sand-Attack
1: Comet Punch
5: Sand-Attack
10: Comet Punch
15: Bullet Punch
20: Sludge
25: Toxic
30: Mud Bomb
32: Force Palm
39: Slam
46: Block
53: Sludge Bomb
60: Earthpower*
A seven turn Gravity is obviously viable. (Gravity+Earthpower, Gravity+(Toxic) Spikes, Gravity+Tailwind Garchomp sweep) Earthpower will always be chosen first when this Pokemon wants STAB, which it will. Bullet Punch would only be used to take out weak Pokemon and Block will just end up trapping a counter so I didn't count them as viable. Force Palm could be used for Paralysis support but will probably never be used.

Preevo Level-Up

1: Poisen Sting
1: Mud-Slap
5: Sand-Attack
10: Comet Punch
15: Bullet Punch
20: Sludge
25: Toxic
30: Mud Bomb
36: Slam
42: Tickle
48: Sludge Bomb
54: Wish*
This Pokemon gets Tickle and Wish where its evolved form gets Block and Earthpower respectively. It would evolve at level 32 and learn Force Palm. Wish is the third competitively viable level up move.

TM's / HM's
All these viable moves will have an * next to them.

Code:
05 - Roar*
06 - Toxic
10 - Hidden Power
11 - Sunny Day*
12 - Taunt
15 - Hyper Beam
16 - Light Screen*
17 - Protect
18 - Rain Dance*
20 - Safegaurd*
21 - Frustration
26 - Earthquake*
27 - Return
28 - Dig
29 - Psychic
30 - Shadow Ball
31 - Brick Break

39 - Rock Tomb
40 - Aerial Ace
42 - Facade
43 - Secret Power
44 - Rest*
45 - Attract
46 - Theif
53 - Energy Ball
56 - Fling

60 - Drain Punch*
66 - Payback

76 - Stealth Rock*
77 - Psych Up
78 - Captivate
80 - Rock Slide
82 - Sleep Talk*
83 - Natural Gift
84 - Poison Jab
86 - Grass Knot
87 - Swagger
89 - U-Turn*
90 - Substitute*
91 - Flash Cannon
92 - Trick Room*
HM 04 - Strength
HM 06 - Rock Smash
HM 08 - Rock Climb
Taunt is questionable because of things like Block+Taunt and Encore+Taunt. Psych Up is questionable because it could give DLL a way to stat up. If no one apposes them, I'll keep them. I completely support Shadow Ball, Brick Break, Aerial Ace, Energy Ball, Drain Punch, and Grass Knot and am fine with Psychic and Flash Cannon.

Egg (Bug Group)

Encore* (Shuckle, Ledian)
Tailwind* (Butterfree)
Toxic Spikes* (Ariados, Beedrill, Drapion, Forretress, Venomoth)
Whirlwind (Butterfree, Beautifly, Dustox, Masquerain, Yanmega, Drapion)
Knock Off (Drapion, Gliscor)
Rapid Spin (Forretress)
Disable (Venomoth, Ariados)
Ice Punch (Syclant, Volbeat)
Flail (Wormadam, Pinsir, Heracross, Flygon)
Helping Hand (Volbeat, Shuckle)
Sand Tomb (Flygon, Forretress, Gliscor, Shuckle)
Haze (Surskit)
Encore and Tailwind will obviously be used on this Pokemon. I need to know if people want Spikes or Toxic Spikes more because I only have one more viable move slot. Whirlwind is certainly viable but is exactly mirrored by Roar except against Electrode, Mr. Mime, and Exploud and DLL won't like taking Explosion, Psychic, Earthquake, and Surf from them.

Knock Off doesn't seem very viable as DLL will have better things to do. I'm not sure if Rapid Spin is considered viable or not, but I'll have to find room for it if it is. Ice Punch is only here because I ran out of room in the Heart Scale moves. The rest is filler.

I'm completely open to suggestions.

@Flounder: The TM list needs work. You gave it Focus Blast; that's really really really bad. I'd suggest getting rid of it. Maybe FPunch too, while you're at it.

There's also a lot of extra unnecessary moves and moves that don't make sense ( Gyro Ball, Pluck, Torment, to name a few ). I had to take off a lot of moves from my list as well when I realized the movepool size of typical Pokémon. X-Act's movepool-making guide has examples of three TM-lists. Right now yours is actually larger than Gengar's. I'd look over it more.

Otherwise, level-up and egg move lists are OK if you're OK with them.

@Bunch-o-#s: You don't have any egg moves, and you have too many viable level up moves.

OK, I've thought about some of the movepools and will be positing Deck Knight MkII. This will be a complete revamp that I hope you will enjoy.

Viable non-TM moves shall be bolded.

Level-Ups:
Code:
1: Pound
1: Growl
4. Mud Slap
7. Arm Thrust
13. Acid
17. Bullet Punch
22. Taunt
27. Pursuit
32. [B]Toxic Spikes[/B]
37. [B]Earth Power[/B]
42. [B]Gravity[/B]
47. [B]Tailwind[/B]
52. Haze
Alright, so I decided Gravity took precedence over the Punches. I took them out and put in Toxic Spikes. I put in some semi useful flavor moves in Arm Thrust and Bullet Punch, and added on TMs in Taunt and Sludge Bomb. Tailwind won out over Blindingmire.

Egg Moves:

Code:
[B]Rapid Spin[/B]
[B]Encore[/B]
Gastro Acid
Helping Hand
Harden
Disable
Heal Block
[B]Wish[/B]
It was a tough choice, but I decided since we should only have 7 viable moves between Egg and Level-Up, that each of the bolded options held more merit than Knock Off and Sucker Punch. Gastro Acid, Hela Block, and Disable make some nice lesser seen options, but I doubt they are first to come to mind when you think "viable." I know Hela Block was discussed at length, and could be considered viable when affected by Persistent, but I think that is best proven by a server test.

TM List:

Code:
TM01 - Focus Punch
TM05 - Roar
TM06 - Toxic
TM10 - Hidden Power
TM11 - Sunny Day
TM12 - Taunt
TM15 - Hyper Beam
TM16 - Light Screen
TM17 - Protect
TM18 - Rain Dance
TM20 - Safeguard
TM21 - Frustration
TM26 - Earthquake
TM27 - Return
TM28 - Dig
TM30 - Shadow Ball
TM31 - Brick Break
TM32 - Double Team
TM33 - Reflect
TM34 - Shock Wave
TM36 - Sludge Bomb
TM37 - Sandstorm
TM39 - Rock Tomb
TM40 - Aerial Ace
TM41 - Torment
TM42 - Facade
TM43 - Secret Power
TM44 - Rest
TM45 - Attract
TM46 - Thief
TM48 - Skill Swap
TM49 - Snatch
TM53 - Energy Ball
TM54 - False Swipe
TM56 - Fling
TM58 - Endure
TM60 - Drain Punch
TM63 - Embargo
TM66 - Payback
TM67 - Recycle
TM68 - Giga Impact
TM70 - Flash
TM71 - Stone Edge
TM76 - Stealth Rock
TM78 - Captivate
TM80 - Rock Slide
TM82 - Sleep Talk
TM83 - Natural Gift
TM84 - Poison Jab
TM87 - Swagger
TM89 - U-turn
TM90 - Substitute
TM91 - Flash Cannon
TM92 - Trick Room
HM01 - Cut
HM04 - Strength
HM06 - Rock Smash
HM08 - Rock Climb
I expanded the TM list from the last model to include Roar, Energy Ball, Skill Swap, and Shock Wave.

Overall it is focused much more towards utility and less towards direct offensive options. It has Hazing, Psuedohazing in about 10 different forms from Taunt to Encore to Roar to Haze, Tailwind, Gravity, and Toxic Spikes. It has a diversified special movepool with few truly useful physical options, and limited means to stop the biggest threats in the metagame directly. It also has a ton of "fun" moves from Gastro Acid to Heal Block to Disable.

In short, it has a crazy movepool full of fun house antics, plus a few tech moves and a reasonably diverse special movepool. If you want to scratch some of the new sketchier options like Skill Swap and Heal Block and such, but the bolded moves are the likely going to be the core of most sets.

Ok, I've sent PMs to Deck Knight, DDRMaster, latinoheat, X_Presumptuous, Arael, X-Act+, TM30 and Gothic Togekiss, Hyra and tennisace0227 for a grand total of 10. That gives a wide enough spread to differ on some key issues, but it's inevitable that a few of the movepool suggestions are going to follow the same general theme. Near exact movepools will be rooted out when the final submissions are made.
As for why these ones were chosen, these people have clearly put quite a bit of thought into their movepools, and have followed X-Acts guide closely enough. People who just posted clean movepools with no comentary basically didn't stand a chance of being picked, as it makes it look like you put little to no thought into your movepool. Some peoples movepools closely resembled others (There was an near exact copy of my example in there...) and those wern't selected either, for obvious reason.

People have received PMs and the next thread will start in ~24 hours. In the meantime I'll open the next discussion thread.

THIS NEEDS TO BE LEFT OPEN
kthanx X-act/Doug :)

DDRMaster, since you have PMs disabled please submit a movepool via PM to me within 24 hours.
(or at least change your settings to "accept PMs from Admins only >.>"_

Alright I enabled PM's but I still need opinions on Taunt, Psych Up, and (Toxic) Spikes to complete my movepool.
Taunt is fine, it's not gonna be broken even with Spider Web or equivalent.

Psych Up - meh - so situational it's not competitively viable.

Toxic Spikes beats Spikes IMO but if I made a movepool it would get both.

not only is the submission process finished but you managed to add moves that we already voted would not be in the movepool no matter what. Well done
