Gen 1 Cant pass 1100 ~ 1150 elo in RBY pls help

Okay so ive been playing for a while and I cant get past 1100 elo. Is it my team that is bad or is it my gameplay

• Executor (lead) - explosion , sleep powder , hyper beam , psychic
• Chansey - ice beam , soft boiled , thunder wave , sing
• Rhydon - ice beam , earthquake thunderbolt , body slam
• Tauros - ice beam , earthquake , thunderbolt , hyper beam
• Snorlax - body slam , rock slide , surf , rest
• Alakazam - psychic , recover , thunder wave , seismic toss
