Can Hippopotas be used in NU?

I don't know if pokemons listed as LC can be used in other tiers, any answer?

Hippopotas cannot be used in NU because of the Sand Stream ban.

hey there. simple questions that require individual assistance, such as the one you're asking, should be posted in the nu faq & resources thread. there is no need to make a new thread for something that can be answered within one post.

to answer your question, sand stream cannot be used because that ability is banned in uu, so you would have to use sand force for hippopotas.
