Earthquake lets Gouging Fire hit Heatran, Raging Bolt, and Toxapex. Morning Sun provides reliable recovery, letting Gouging Fire maintain a sweep, check Pokemon like Mega Charizard Y and Iron Valiant long term, and offset Flare Blitz recoil.
