LC Buizel

[OVERVIEW]
Despite having an excellent Speed tier and decent mixed offensive stats, Buizel struggles in Little Cup because of its poor defensive stats and underwhelming movepool. Buizel is completely outclassed by Staryu, as Staryu has better stats across the board, as well as a superior movepool and more useful abilities.

[SET]
name: Icium Z
move 1: Blizzard
move 2: Scald
move 3: Hidden Power Fire
move 4: Aqua Jet
item: Icium Z / Life Orb
ability: Water Veil
nature: Naive
evs: 200 SpA / 36 SpD / 240 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]
The objective of this set is to use Buizel's high Speed to threaten opponents while preventing Grass-types from countering it due to Subzero Slammer. However, it is easily checked by common bulky foes such as Mienfoo and Spritzee. Staryu's access to coverage moves such as Thunderbolt and Psychic make it a better offensive threat, while it can also support its team by removing entry hazards with Rapid Spin.

Levi has previously suggested bp might be under the microscope soon, and zMe First pass isn't super strong on Buizle anyway. With that in mind, this is good as is; I would just reword overview so it says "Staryu has better stats across the board" instead of the current phrasing and toss in a mention of Staryu's more useful abilities.

[OVERVIEW]
This second sentence seems kind of weird, either merge the concept with the first sentence (Despite Buizel's excellent speed tier and decent mixed offensive stats, its poor defensive stats and underwhelming movepool hold it back for example you can phrase this how you want) or remove it entirely.

[SET]
Slash LO after Icium. Make nature Naive. LO scald can pick up the KO on gastly after rocks, LO Ajet needs a not -atk nature to actually KO Diglett.

[SET COMMENTS]
I despise saying that this set attempts to lure Grass-types, since it's the analysis set. That's not a good lure. Restructure this to explain that Buizel's role is to use its high Speed to threaten the opponent while preventing Grass-types from countering it due to Subzero Slammer. Change last sentence's "as well as its ability to remove entry hazards" to "while it can also provide support to its team by removing entry hazards"
