Hi, was playing in OU today and for some reason on turns 4 and 6 Primarina's Psychic Noise was supereffective against my Fire/Ghost Skeledirge? Replay of the game is as above. I suspect it could've been the Primarina actually using Surf instead of Psychic Noise, hence why it was supereffective, but my Skeledirge still received the heal block effect and was unable to click Slack Off due to it.
Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
