What is the bug?
Mankey's Paw and No Guard don't seem to properly interact.
When using a 50% accurate move, they seem to come out closer to 75% accurate.

Tested with Duncy, and it was exactly 75%, didn't save the fight, but saved two others

The accuracy should be 25%

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Use Machamp with dynamic punch, no guard, and mankeys paw
