if you look at the link above you can see that at turn6, my charizard acts slower than slowbro.
Slowbro didn't use a choice scarf which means it's pretty much impossible for slowbro to act faster than my charizard.
This only happens to charizard and has happened to me several times.
I checked Charizard's speed and everything was normal.
Can you check it?

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
I can't. It happens randomly

Not a bug, you used roar which has -6 priority. This means it basically always goes last because any move with a higher priority (like scald - priority 0) will go first.
