Also, on an unrelated note, many of your conditional commands were illegal, because you can only have a substitute for one particular move or one particular chance-based outcome, so something like "IF Sky Attack or Dragon Rush is used use Protect, but not twice in a row" is illegal because it depends on two moves and a chance from last action. Check the Battle Tower thread for the exact rules, because they are explained much more clearly there. Better luck next time though!
