OK, regarding the queue:
If you look at the queue at the moment, I have 2 challenges - but chances are they'll take a while to be reffed since other people have challengers in only 1 match. This is: Not fun. In my opinion, it would be better for the queue to simply not factor in if a player has multiple challenges, so a challenge isn't consistently pushed down.
