[SET COMMENTS]
Alomomola's gargantuan HP stat, good defensive typing, and access to Regenerator make it one of the best defensive pivots available. The combination of Wish, Regenerator, and Flip Turn makes it the premier Wish passer in OU, able to heal defensive teammates without reliable recovery like Dondozo and Ting-Lu. Scald bolsters Alomomola's defensive presence, with its burn chance threatening physical attackers such as Kingambit, Roaring Moon, Weavile, and Meowscarada. Flip Turn separates Alomomola from other bulky Water-types as a slow pivot, letting it bring in other Pokemon safely while creating momentum on the slower-paced teams it often finds itself on. A Relaxed nature with 0 Speed IVs ensures that Alomomola is as slow as possible for pivoting effectively. Tera Flying turns Alomomola's weakness to Grass into a resistance, letting it better take on Rillaboom. It also allows Alomomola to avoid Spikes damage if it loses its item to Knock Off, letting it act as a good Knock Off absorber. Tera Dark and Tera Steel are viable alternatives; the former lets Alomomola more capably check Hex Dragapult and the latter giving Alomomola a generally solid defensive typing to aid against Meowscarada and Fairy-types like Enamorus. These also let Alomomola act as a solid absorber of Future Sight from Galarian Slowking. Thanks to Alomomola's astounding HP stat, an EV spread with maximum Defense and Special Defense is solid, letting Alomomola capably take hits from special attackers such as Hex Dragapult and Choice Specs Enamorus. Meanwhile, a set with maximum HP and maximum Defense further strengthens Alomomola's monstrous physical bulk, becoming better suited to face the likes of Weavile, Iron Boulder, and Barraskewda. Rocky Helmet and Red Card can be run over Heavy-Duty Boots; the former further enhances Alomomola's role as a physical wall, letting it switch in and punish Pokemon like Weavile and Meowscarada for Triple Axel while also being able to wear down Kingambit, and the latter allows Alomomola act as a one-time phazer against setup sweepers like Gouging Fire, Kingambit, and Weavile.

Alomomola performs best on balance and stall teams due to the sheer value of Wish for teammates that lack reliable recovery. Potent defensive Pokemon such as Ting-Lu, Heatran, and Great Tusk heavily appreciate Alomomola's gargantuan Wish to heal them reliably, as these walls often struggle to recover themselves after chip damage. Similarly, on stall, the likes of Dondozo and Clodsire appreciate Alomomola's Wish help them better deal with chip damage while also letting them preserve Rest and Recover PP, respectively. Additionally, they appreciate Alomomola's effectiveness as a pivot, as it can let them switch in without taking any damage thanks to its relatively low Speed. Special walls such as Blissey, Clodsire, and Skeledirge can cover Alomomola's weaker Special Defense, handling the likes of Volcarona, Iron Valiant, and Heatran. Other Pokemon with Regenerator such as Galarian Slowking and Tornadus-T can form potent Regenerator cores, making them difficult to wear down in the face of entry hazards. All of these Pokemon also appreciate Alomomola's capability to take Knock Off rather well. Alomomola is deathly afraid of Ogerpon-W because of Water Absorb. It can easily set up on and decimate Alomomola even after it Terastallizes. Thus, checks to Ogerpon-W such as Rillaboom and Zamazenta make for excellent partners. The former two also appreciate Alomomola's Wish supporting their otherwise shaky longevity. Amoonguss's access to Toxic lets Alomomola have an easier time chipping down and stalling out foes with Flip Turn and Wish, respectively. Offensive Pokemon such as Dragapult, Kyurem, Meowscarada, and Landorus-T appreciate Alomomola's slow pivoting and ability to pass large Wishes to assist with their longevity.

Alomomola's gargantuan HP stat, good defensive typing, and access to Regenerator make it one of the best defensive pivots available. It also boasts a wide array of utility options, mainly the combination of Wish, Regenerator, and Flip Turn that makes it the premier Wish passer in OU, able to heal defensive teammates without reliable recovery like Dondozo and Ting-Lu. Flip Turn separates Alomomola from other bulky Water-types as a slow pivot, letting it bring in other Pokemon safely while creating momentum on the slower-paced teams it often finds itself on. Scald bolsters Alomomola's ability as a defensive presence, with its burn chance threatening physical attackers such as Kingambit, Roaring Moon, and Weavile. Additionally, it makes it more difficult for physical Grass-types like Meowscarada and Rillaboom to safely switch in and blast Alomomola with super effective STAB. A Relaxed nature with 0 Speed IVs ensures that Alomomola is as slow as possible for the sake of being able to safely bring in teammates with Flip Turn. Tera Flying turns Alomomola's weakness to Grass into resistance, letting it better take on the likes of Rillaboom and Meowscarada. It also allows Alomomola to avoid Spike damage if it loses its item to Knock Off, but at the cost of making it weak to Stealth Rock. An EV spread with maximum Defense and Special Defense lets Alomomola capably take hits from special attackers such as Hex Dragapult and Choice Specs Keldeo. (firstly, id advise you reorganize the moves's explanation to follow the order they have in the dex, ie scald into flip turn into wish into protect. you do differentiate the max defenses set and its purpose, but you don't talk much about the physdef set. why use 252 hp 252 def over 252 def 252 spdef? mayhaps also mention tera dark as a solid option to let alomomola handle hex dragapult more effectively, and tera steel as some teams appreciate the mono steel typing in some situations over water or flying. these teras also let alo be a solid future sight absorber with protect.)

Alomomola performs best on stall teams due to the sheer value of Wish for teammates who lack reliable recovery. (i feel as if here is the first major mistake, alomomola isn't just a stall only pokemon, if you look at usage stats some of its partners are balance and bo mons like great tusk, cinderace, meowscarada, pult, cinderace, skarm, and kyurem. you could definitely expand more to mention how alomomola also can fit on balance and even possibly bo. mention how pokemon like cinderace, kyurem, great tusk, pult, and any other partners on these playstyles may appreciate wish support and alomomola's slow pivotting.) Potent walls such as Dondozo, Ting-Lu, and Clodsire heavily appreciate Alomomola's gargantuan Wish to heal them reliably, as these walls often struggle to recover by themselves after chip damage. Special walls such as Blissey, Clodsire, and Skeledirge can cover Alomomola's minuscule Special Defense, handling the likes of Volcarona, Iron Valiant, and Heatran. Other Pokemon with Regenerator like Toxapex and (somewhat hesitant to put pex here since the two have a lot of defensive overlap, id say amoongus and maybe tornt would be a better mention) Galarian Slowking can form potent Regenerator cores, making them difficult to wear down in the face of residual damage such as entry hazards and Garganacl's Salt Cure. Alomomola is deathly afraid of Ogerpon-W due to Water Absorb letting it easily set up and decimate Alomomola before and after Terastillization. Thus, checks to Ogerpon-W, namely Mandibuzz, (mandibuzz is NOT an oger-w answer, it cannot handle a tera +2 waterpon, and mandibuzz in general is niche. id say hydrapple or tornt is a better mention here as well, maybe even tera'd dozo) and Amoonguss make for excellent partners to Alomomola. Additionally, their Amoonguss's, access to Toxic lets Alomomola have an easier time chipping down and stalling out foes with Flip Turn and Wish, respectively. (i feel as if you also neglect alomomola being a really solid knock off absorber, as you only mention knock off in relation to alomomola tera'ing.)

Additionally, it makes it more difficult for physical Grass-types like Meowscarada and Rillaboom to safely switch in and blast Alomomola with super effective STAB. (This is already covered pretty well by the previous sentence) Flip Turn separates Alomomola from other bulky Water-types as a slow pivot, letting it bring in other Pokemon safely while creating momentum on the slower-paced teams it often finds itself on. (Would prob move Meow to talking about Tera Steel, as with Tera Flying they 2HKO with Triple Axel) It also allows Alomomola to avoid Spike damage if it loses its item to Knock Off, but at the cost of making it weak to Stealth Rock. Tera Dark and Tera Steel are viable alternatives, the former letting it more capably check Hex Dragapult while the latter gives Alomomola a generally solid defensive typing to aid against Fairy-types like Iron Valiant and Enamorus. (Tera Steel isn't ideal into Val because of its dual STAB) Both of these also let Alomomola act as a solid absorber of Future Sight from Galarian Slowking. An EV spread with maximum Defense and Special Defense lets Alomomola capably take hits from special attackers such as Hex Dragapult and Choice Specs Keldeo. Meanwhile, a set with maximum HP and maximum Defense further strengthens Alomomola's monstrous physical bulk, becoming better suited to face the likes of Weavile, Iron Boulder, and Barraskewda.

(Could also mention some alternative item choices here like Rocky Helmet and Red Card, up to you though)

Alomomola performs best on balance and stall teams due to the sheer value of Wish for teammates who lack reliable recovery. Potent walls such as Dondozo, Ting-Lu, and Clodsire heavily appreciate Alomomola's gargantuan Wish to heal them reliably, as these walls often struggle to recover by themselves after chip damage. (Dondozo and Clodsire both have their own forms of recovery, they do appreciate wish passing to save Recover PP / not need Rest's sleep turns, Garganacl is another mon that likes saving Recover PP, but I'd also put emphasis on Pokemon lacking recovery that appreciate the longevity. Ting-Lu is a great partner for this, but some bulky offense picks like Heatran, Rillaboom, Great Tusk, even Ursaluna all appreciate being kept healthy a lot. Could separate this into stall partners that like Wish support and bulky offense / balance partners that appreciate Wish support, I know some of the latter is mentioned later but I'd move it up in the writeup as I see Alo as a bulky offense and a balance mon as much as it is a stall mon.) Special walls such as Blissey, Clodsire, and Skeledirge can cover Alomomola's minuscule weaker (It's not too bad on the SpDef set - Alo is a good Heatran pivot for stall teams, it cannot beat Heatran itself but is able to come in on Magma Storm and slow pivot out) Special Defense, handling the likes of Volcarona, Iron Valiant, and Heatran. Other Pokemon with Regenerator like Galarian Slowking and Tornadus-T can form potent Regenerator cores, making them difficult to wear down in the face of residual damage such as entry hazards and Garganacl's Salt Cure. (Kinda, but Alo's Regenerator is almost nullified by Salt Cure and Torn-T takes more from Salt Cure damage + residual than Regen so I wouldn't emphasise this too much as a benefit of this core) All of these Pokemon also appreciate Alomomola's capability to take Knock Off rather well. Alomomola is deathly afraid of Ogerpon-W due to Water Absorb letting it easily set up on and decimate Alomomola even after it Terastalizes. Thus, checks to Ogerpon-W, namely Hydrapple and Amoonguss, make for excellent partners to Alomomola. Amoonguss's access to Toxic lets Alomomola have an easier time chipping down and stalling out foes with Flip Turn and Wish, respectively. (I'd sooner suggest some other pairings that check Ogerpon-W - Hydrapple does not switch in on Play Rough Waterpon, while Amoonguss is pretty low in viability post-sleep ban. Some offensive checks that struggle with longevity like Rillaboom or even Zamazenta could be better to list.) Offensive Pokemon such as Dragapult, Great Tusk, Kyurem, Meowscarada, and Cinderace appreciate Alomomola's slow pivoting and ability to pass incredibly large Wishes to assist with their longevity. (Pult and Meow are somewhat frail so they don't typically take a ton of damage that Wish passing helps out with, ofc they do appreciate it so idm them being listed but I'd further prioritise the bulky partners that take hits and appreciate the additional longevity like Tusk and maybe even Lando-T.)

Tera Flying turns Alomomola's weakness to Grass into resistance, letting it better take on the likes of Rillaboom and Serperior. (The Grass resistance for particularly Serp is a little shaky as you don't do anything back with even a Scald Burn not being particularly threatening) It also allows Alomomola to avoid Spike damage if it loses its item to Knock Off, but at the cost of making it weak to Stealth Rock. Tera Dark and Tera Steel are viable alternatives, the former letting it more capably check Hex Dragapult while the latter gives Alomomola a generally solid defensive typing to aid against Fairy-types like Enamorus and Comfey, as well as Meowscarada. (Could reorder this to saying it's good against Meow first as this is more of a priority - Tera Steel is still weak to Enamorus' EP and is setup fodder for Comfey, it can pivot around the former's Moonblast though) Both of these also let Alomomola act as a solid absorber of Future Sight from Galarian Slowking. An EV spread with maximum Defense and Special Defense lets Alomomola capably take hits from special attackers such as Hex Dragapult and Choice Specs Keldeo. Alomomola's gargantuan HP stat, good defensive typing, and access to Regenerator make it one of the best defensive pivots available. It also boasts a wide array of utility options, mainly the The combination of Wish, Regenerator, and Flip Turn, making makes it the premier Wish passer in OU, able to heal defensive teammates without reliable recovery like Dondozo and Ting-Lu. (more of a qc thing but i wouldn't say it has a wide array of utility moves when it has 2; this also cuts down on clauses too) Scald bolsters Alomomola's defensive presence, with its burn chance threatening physical attackers such as Kingambit, Roaring Moon, Weavile, and Meowscarada. Flip Turn separates Alomomola from other bulky Water-types as a slow pivot, letting it bring in other Pokemon safely while creating momentum on the slower-paced teams it often finds itself on. A Relaxed nature with 0 Speed IVs ensures that Alomomola is as slow as possible for safely bringing in teammates with Flip Turn pivoting effectively. (avoids repetition with the last sentence) Tera Flying turns Alomomola's weakness to Grass into a resistance, letting it better take on Rillaboom. It also allows Alomomola to avoid Spike Spikes damage if it loses its item to Knock Off, but at the cost of making it weak to Stealth Rock. (this should really emphasise how it helps mola bc it's usually a fat team's knock absorber and that helps a lot vs spikestack. weakness to rocks doesn't rly affect much and undersells what the knock switch actually does) Tera Dark and Tera Steel are viable alternatives, the former letting it alternatives; the former lets Alomomola more capably check Hex Dragapult and the latter giving Alomomola gives it a generally solid defensive typing to aid against Meowscarada and Fairy-types like Enamorus and Comfey. (idt comfey is that relevant for a mention here tbh) These also let Alomomola act as a solid absorber of Future Sight from Galarian Slowking. An EV spread with maximum Defense and Special Defense lets Alomomola capably take hits from special attackers such as Hex Dragapult and Choice Specs Keldeo. (keld doesn't exist; might also be worth mentioning that its naturally high HP means bulk isn't affected much) Meanwhile, a set with maximum HP and maximum Defense further strengthens Alomomola's monstrous physical bulk, becoming better suited to face the likes of Weavile, Iron Boulder, and Barraskewda. Rocky Helmet and Red Card are other viable items, the former further enhancing can be run over Heavy-Duty Boots; the former further enhances (boots has no mentions at all) Alomomola's role as a physical wall, letting it switch in and punish Pokemon like Weavile and Meowscarada for using Triple Axel while also being able to wear down Kingambit, and the latter allowing allows Alomomola act as a one-time phazer against set-up setup sweepers like Gouging Fire, Kingambit, and Weavile.

Alomomola performs best on balance and stall teams due to the sheer value of Wish for teammates who that lack reliable recovery. Potent defensive Pokemon such as Ting-Lu, Heatran, and Great Tusk heavily appreciate Alomomola's gargantuan Wish to heal them reliably, as these walls often struggle to recover themselves after chip damage. Similarly, on stall, the likes of Dondozo and Clodsire appreciate Alomomola's Wish to help them better deal with chip damage while also letting them preserve Rest and Recover PP, respectively. Additionally, they appreciate Alomomola's effectiveness as a pivot, as Alomomola it can let them switch in without taking any damage thanks to its relatively low Speed. It can easily set up on and decimate Alomomola even after it Terastalizes Terastallizes. Thus, checks to Ogerpon-W such as Rillaboom, Zamazenta, and Amoonguss make for excellent partners to Alomomola. (is amoon still relevant with no sleep?) The former two also appreciate Alomomola's Wish supporting their otherwise shaky longevity.
