(these "unranked" mons are not viable at all in UU, though they are technically "UU" by old usage stats, and should never reasonably be used - would most certainly be dropped to an even lower tier if this was a current generation or non-usage based tiering, not sure if anyone wants to try to do anything about that but they are not really UU's problem anymore)
