1) I plan on running a TSSS team, do you think Tyranitar's Sand Stream presence won't screw up my CSGar?

2)Also, I heard this really odd sounding idea before of Roserade being in a TSSS/TSS team for special Rock Ball, and the fact that Leaf Storm/Sleep Powder could be used for nice support and to beat some counters. What do you think?

3)What set could work for a Calm Togekiss?

4)Is there anyway to get Power Whip on Leafeon without having to level it up to like 50+?

Leafeon doesn't even learn Power Whip in the first place. But it gets Leaf Blade on level 70+.

Well, if you Gar is CSed, then it won't stay in long enough to be really hampered by sandstream.

I've heard of that idea of using Roserade on a SS team too, although i'm not the person to ask if that would work.

Tangrowth learns power whip at like level 55, so no, there isn't a way to make it learn it earlier.
