I have the following 5IV'ers to offer. Take your pick; I have a good number of them in stock, or can breed them fairly easily:
male adamant/jolly torchic with speed boost + baton pass
male/female jolly drilbur with sand rush or mold breaker
male/female jolly larvitar with stealth rock/pursuit/dragon dance
female adamant mawile with intimidate
Can also breed impish immunity gligars given some time.

HA Timid Nidoran Male, Adamant/Impish Female Snorlax w/ 3-5 IVs and maybe Scrappy Whismur. Though, if it's not on my "already have" list then there's a decently good chance I'd like it, assuming I haven't set up a trade for that yet.
