My hacks at least make villainous Grunts (outside Skull) more competent, stronger, and smarter... To to the point where they can be considered "higher tier" generic characters... so that's something, I guess?

The fact that the ingame Trainers rarely hold items outside the battle facilities... such an underused feature that can make your opponents harder. Hell, I don't even know if any Trainers have their Pokemon hold items in Gen 2... you know, the Gen that introduced the feature? The Gen 2 games...

I must say, green, you are an absolute mad lad for pulling this off... congrats on finishing this!

Back when I was younger, I'd have a tendency to try and connect some NPCs to my custom Pokemon villains. I'd also try to figure out who'd be actual members of the organization and who where just pawns. And since their ultimate goal is world domination, I'd try to come up with things to connect...
