    :(
    sh, that's not information to release to the public xD haha
    anyway, yes, I have improved drastically. Most of it is really just rating so many teams and battling so much- because 90% of it is experience.

    Haha sorry about assuming you not being a rater, I didn't mean it that way. I was just saying that that was a rule that's been beaten into me a lot :)
    oh yeah, it's frustrating, because once you get to a certain point you're getting like 1 point a match even though your ranking is just 1400-1500. I hate it.
    I've scratched top 100 twice, once with a Stall Sand team, once with my signature Sun stall team
    1538? My peak is 1750~, but decay brought me down to 1650 after I didn't battle for a while. Right now, I'm doing suspect testing, which is Garchomp and stuff
    I don't mind, I'm not exactly comfortable leaking the exact location either, though some people who live near me know. High School's busy, but fun I guess

    haha it's like a rule for RMT'ers to try not to change pokemon. It's a lot easier for both of us, ya know? :)
    haha, the banner is hilarious. Where'd you get it?

    The reason why I think Poli and Ttar should both be defensive is because they are defensive on different sides. Politoed is extremely physically defensive, but has some trouble specially, Tyranitar is, in turn, extremely specially defensive, but also has some trouble physically. So they balance each other.

    The main thing about your team was a lack of a defensive centerpoint- all of your pokemon had just one or two evs stashed into defenses. That means that moderately fast pokemon like Banded Terrakion would give you problems, because none of your pokemon were offense enough or defensive enough to handle it. Either way, that's just a quick suggestion. It's totally up to you ^^

    I'm electrolyte on PS! I occasionally talk in chat, but most of the time I just battle, so I'm not voiced or anything.
    whew, that was a lot. I hope my rambling helped :) If there are any more questions you have or anything you want more help with, just stop by!

    So, how's America been for ya? ;)
    Ttar is really asking to be SpDef. You have a great scarfer in Genesect, you revenges a lot of the things Ttar does- psychic types, Tornadus, and many more. SpDef Ttar gives you a special wall to work with Politoed- completing your team's defensive core.

    Ttar @ Chople Berry
    Adamant nature, 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
    Crunch / Pursuit / Stone Edge / Stealth Rock

    Sets Rocks, traps specials, and hurts Tornadus-T, nuff said. It's massive special bulk will allow you to wall not restricted to but including Lati@s, Reuniclus, and Gengar. Crunch/Pursuit nails all of them and prevents them from ever being a threat again. SR prevents flying types like the Therians from being threats.
    Politoed should be physically defensive, imo. Since Scor is offensive, you lose the valuable physical bulk your team needs- but Politoed is there to step up to the plate.

    Politoed @ Leftovers
    Bold nature, 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpDef
    Scald / Toxic / Ice Beam / Perish Song

    Max special defense allows Politoed to have astonishing bulk. Scald is there to hit hard, as well as burn, while Ice Beam can still hit dragons hard. Toxic allows you to cripple walls, and Perish song stops setup and baton pass. Seriously, this guys defense will surprise you.
    let's start off simple. You're doing dual weather, so Thunder isn't the best idea for Genesect, because your own weather will clash with you occasionally. Thunderbolt is a safer option, and hits most things hard enough. :)

    Jirachi's movset looks a bit weird. I'd change it to SubCM, which is an absolute beast in the Rain and works magnificently in Sand:

    Jirachi @ Leftovers
    Timid nature, 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe
    Substitute / Calm Mind / Water Pulse / Thunder

    This thing can sweep whole teams in the Rain. It becomes a specially defensive and offensive powerhouse- just what your team needs. The spread makes it fast and moderately bulky, allowing it to set up. Water Pulse hits like a truck in Rain and has a 60% of confusion. Thunder hits just as hard, and can paralyze as well. It works great in sand too- the passive damage wears down pokemon resistant to Water Pulse, giving you an easier time.
    here you go:
    I'll do it one pokemon at a time, for clarification. Here's tl;dr.

    Ttar set --> SpDef
    Politoed's set --> Def
    Jirachi's moves --> change
    Genesect's Thunder --> Thunderbolt
    haha, you're going to have to ask some people about that xD
    I'll follow your directions, but remember, I'm on a phone xD
    I use Heatran and Terrakion- they work pretty well. My team is: Ninetales/Heatran/Jumpluff/Tentacruel/Terrakion/Latios-Hydreigon. It works well if you know how to use it.
    Things that stand out to me:
    CINAMMON BUUUUNNNSSS
    VOLTTURN!!! :(
    I've been trying Sun stall with my friend a moderator. Sun stall is immensely hard to pull off, as many pokemon who like Sun are horrible at Stall. Still, I've been testing the little bitch that is Jumpluff, FUCKING AWESOME PUFFBALL FROM HELL
