I may be doing a poor job to describe this and I apologize if I am. I read on serebii Lucario can only learn nasty plot as Riolu (at level 47). But if he evolves BEFORE he hits level 47, can the move tutor still teach Lucario the move??

Good thing. I don't quite think it's official. It is hosted on a website called UEPC.eu. I really would want to participate in a VGC qualifier, but the closest one to me is possibly 5+ hours of driving away and in Germany.

The tournament begins on the 5th of February, so I'm in a bit of a hurry. I think we have a week to get the battles done, but I'm not sure. If you have anything that might work for VGC laying around, it's fine.
I thought it would be too much to ask for, but I think either Voodoo Pimp forgot about me for the last pokemons, or I missed out on the chance. I'm curious if you have any 4 pokemon usable for the VGC style. It doesn't necessarily have to be the 4 pokemon I wished for in the thread.
