    It's the roamers!
    If roamers are roaming THE FRAME WILL SKIP. It's not a "starting frame," roamers when they are running will ALWAYS advance the frame. That's why they put the option at the top of Seeds To Time for E R L.
    E = Entei
    R = Raikou
    L = Lati

    Put the spot they are at when you save, and when you go to hit your delay, they will change, and the Seeds to Time will tell you where they will be if you hit the correct delay.

    They advance the frame, and that's why frames are skipped. Seed to Time will even tell you this.
    Oh.... so only incoming calls affect Egg frame? So why the heck am I getting wrong responses for the right delay? I'm going to try it again.

    Egg frame is different than normal frame.
    Roamers, NPC's don't affect that frame. Only Incoming calls, and Joey calls do that.

    Well, you're right on the account of. What Egg frame are you attempting at hitting. You'd be effective at hitting egg frame of 1. But that might not be what you are desiring to hit.

    No roamers are fine. You'll have just have to keep them in mind for IV RNG.
    Yeah, I do have roamers out. I just did the rebattle code today to send out Entei, Suicune, Raikou and Latios. :o

    After I hit my delay, I put in the two pokes I want to breed and the go outside and run a bit until the Daycare man has the egg. Before I get the egg, you're supposed to save before, then you hatch the egg to see if you got the shiny Pokemon. After that though, is where I stopped.

    They are the same. Look at the pattern.
    Just the second one has 2 skipped. Do you have roamers out? As they will be the likely cause. If not, it's possibly due to the moving NPC in the route, as he will also advance the frame. Hence why you open the Pokegear as quickly as possible.

    When having Entei, Raikou, or the L@tis. Or a mixture of any of the 3. They will skip the initial frame.
    So you have hit your delay, just it's been pushed a little further due to the roamers. You hit the delay of 957. Now it's time to abuse for the shiny part.
    Do you know what to do after you hit your delay?
    no, they don't match at all EVEN though they're the same delay. Let's say I hit 957, and for delay 957 the responses are supposed to be: P, P, P, E, E, K, E, P, E. Now, when I hit delay 957, the responses are totally different. It's something like P, E, E, K, P, E, K, E, P. I don't know what's going on.

    You don't start at frame 3 in the daycare.

    Elm is not saying the same thing as the seed is listed?
    That means you didn't hit your delay, did you check the delay that gives those responses?

    Hehe :P I don't know about Riolu's IV's. And you can always use a rebattle code, if you have an AR.

    Thank you so much! :) These 2 Shinies are from the same ID/SID abused combo, but I copied the .sav file when I was at the Burned Tower, so I could do both. :)

    Edit: About the Gyarados, well that's just the Gyarados I caught in my SS game, was in need of a HM slave xD But SS is finished now, so I don't need it anymore. IV's sucks tho, so you don't have any use for it, I guess :p
