Also, you're totally right about this whole deal being BS. I'm actually fine that they put in Palkia, Dialga, Giratina, Ho-oh, and Lugia in the game... because we can trade with someone who did purchase the game.

However, in its current form, there is absolutely no legal way of obtaining ANY Therian Forme Genie without owning a copy of Pokemon Dream Radar (A 3DS game I might add, for a DS Pokemon game). Locking certain Pokemon out completely (as you said, they are very good in VGC, etc.) is a huge pain and a jab in the face to us. It's OK to give pokemon like Dialga which can be traded, etc. but this was just a bunch of loops GF wanted us to jump through.

Yeah those are the threads I was reading. I'm going to try a couple of item codes (to get it without the event) when I have time, and then I plan to attempt to PokeGen it.

I was reading up on ProjectPokemon's research into the event, however their site doesnt have the US event haha, so I might use one from Pokecheck (perhaps yours, since you're here anyways?) and just edit that with my info, change the PID, etc. I may as well make two, one with fateful and the other without, since as far as I know its just a simple checkbox and doesn't affect PID.

Since you were successful in obtaining the reflecting mirror (I've tried with Therian Landoruses off of Pokecheck, it doesn't work), would you mind trading me the Landorus that activated the event? If you want, I can take it, AR clone it and return it to you.
