All I have to say in response to the above set is sandstorm and hazards. Have fun having dead weight on your team. This is before even mentioning that the same exact same set has been suggested dozens of times on this thread and all of them have been rejected.

Not to mention that Whirlwind is about -5 or so priority so Prankster doesn't really do much at all for Tornadus since you'll still be going last.

Lol, it happens. Jelly Bear is really good and unpredictably bulky so I don't blame ya having trouble with it the first time. Probably carry more of a mix of attackers so you don't get so walled though. Oh, also GG.

Moxie Salamence has not been released as of yet. Nintendo is being slow about releasing those neat DW Pokemon.

This is an OU analysis and as such should expect to fight OU threats such as Jellicent.

Reckless doesn't double recoil damage but rather it increases the damage recoil moves do. This in turn causes the Pokemon in question to take more damage that it normally would. As for the question of Lefties... Generally not worth it. Staraptor is a suicide bomber Pokemon and it has a SR...

So I hate necroing but... Is this even getting written up? Terrakion is among the biggest OU Pokemon this generation and knowing that I thought it was going to be written up fast. Only reason I'm asking is because OP hasn't been updated since like May.
