Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
The "ALL MOVE DATA" pastebin in the first post appears to have been deleted. Does anyone have a copy of that?
And has there been any progress yet in figuring out what any of the unknown/new move flags are for?
Not quite. The way it works is, it looks at the Pokémon's internal data structure and checks what stage it's at. https://pastebin.com/mBKX1Byd We can see here, Meltan and Melmetal are both listed as stage 3 in the Sw/Sh data dumps (which it didn't have to be! They could have listed Meltan as...

Alolan Raichu, Marowak, Exeggutor
Galarian Weezing and Mr. Mime
Edit a few minutes later with some more thoughts:
I'm pretty sure GameFreak's aversion to "new evolutions for old Pokemon (not including entirely alternate evolution lines e.g. Galarian Farfetch'd)" since Gen 5 is because...
It means I pooped up when renewing the SSL certificate a few days ago, lmao oops, fixed
Sorry but I'm probably not going to do this, just because of how much more data volume that would require. (Casual reminder that this project is fully open source and anyone can fork it and reconfigure it to...
Apologies for double posting, but in addition to the errors TailGlowVM pointed out, the following stats files for 2021-04 are empty:

If I wanted to convert teammates %'s from before this month to the new formula, so that the Teammates section is always saying "X% of teams that use [Pokemon] also use [Teammate]"... is this the right way to do that?
(From 2021-03/gen8ou-1695 and its corresponding moveset file.)
I also prefer the more intuitively understandable Teammates numbers, but before you make that change official I would want to hear from someone who prefers the original calculation. Is there a benefit to using "P(X|Y) - P(X)" over "P(X|Y)" that none of us are noticing? Why was that the...
re: chart deadzones: The main reason I'm not already doing that is because I couldn't think of a way to differentiate between "Tentacruel has 0% for Gen 1 UU in that month because it was in OU at the time" and "Tentacruel has 0% for Gen 1 UU in that month because Gen 1 UU had no battles in that...
Minor update: I added item icons to the moveset pages.
Nothing especially exciting other than that, in terms of recent development. Right now I'm mainly just keeping it updated with new usage stats when they come out.
This might not be a simple question, but *shrug* I'll try here first anyway
I'm trying to compile a list of all moves that all Pokémon learn in Sword/Shield, other than what's already listed in the primary data dump file. Off the top of my head I know this includes the base game Move Tutor...
After the November 15-30 stats are released, are November 1-30 stats still going to be calculated? Or will November 2020 become the first month for which full-month stats won't be available?
Does anyone have an updated data dump of the moves file, now that Crown Tundra is out? I'm talking about the files like this one from the first post of the thread, or this one with the DLC1 moves included, with all the in depth details of move stats and flags and such.

It's easier to explain it as 3 numbers.
The second number: % KOed + % switched out. (%)
The third number: the standard deviation of the second number. (σ)
The first number: a weighted score, to remove bias towards low probability matchups. Calculated as (% - 4σ)
That sounds like a cool feature that would be right in line with the rest of Porydex's goals. How would you want it to work? What specifically would you want to compare?
