So, they try to get shinies with perfect stats? Is that even possible, or did I just get a really, REALLY bad ID/SID combination?

What exactly counts as a good IV spread for shiny? Do most people try to get all perfect IV's, or will they let up a little for shinies? Thanks for answering!

Hey, mingot. I'm trying to RNG with the RNG reporter. When I give a set of IV's to try to find seeds and frames, it usually works well until I enter in my ID and SID and click the shinies only box. I get this problem on the JavaRNG program, too.

According to your RNG guide, to get the seed, I need to catch a lvl 50 or above Pokemon. I'm on Pokemon Diamond, right before Dialga, and as far as I can tell, there aren't any wild lvl 50 Pokemon until after the Pokemon League. Is there something else you have to do?

Ah. Well, thanks for that advice. I realized when you authored a list of all the Pokemon in BT that that might have contributed to your win. For the modification, I added a substitute instead of stone edge to Garchomp. I suppose that would be bad because of Shedinja?
