Relatively high IV's 30+ in all the needed IV's, doesn't matter what they have in the unneeded attacking IV. Or if it's a TR spread. I prefer a =< 3 Speed IV (in case of a HP).

Zangoose, Suskrit, Seedot, Nosepass, Riolu, Shroomish, Torkoal, Bronzor, Spheal, Vigoroth, Aron, Gible, Ditto, Buizel, Bagon/Shelgon, Shuppet, Beldum, Chimecho, Carnavine, Croagunk, Skorupi, Solrock, Illumise, Volbeat, Meditite, Lunatone, Hippopotas, and Cacnea. I am not really looking to trade them, but more of capturing them myself, as I honestly don't want to abuse the delay, place the objects, advance the days, and check the frames for every single Pokemon. So I was curious if anyone wanted to search viable spreads for each mon, and see what seeds and what frames of those seeds get the desired mon.

I don't know what exactly you mean by obedience flag. Where is it shown in it's description exactly?
What do you mean by event flag? It was distributed as an egg so it doesn't say fateful encounter so it should be pretty much at least look like legit like. The only thing i am not sure is whether they had limited spread like WISHMKR Jirachi
