Haha, well, you can use RNG reporter to filter down the IVs. :) :) :) :)
1) There's no way at the moment. ;o You just hatch and hatch. And hatch. And hatch.
2) Um, no! Once you take the egg, you have already set the IVs. If you want to RNG for IVs, you have to make sure the man is holding the egg, then you save. And then you click on the man and get the egg. And then you check your frame by finding out the IVs of the egg. Use Metalkid's IV calculator and some rare candies. =) You can use RNG reporter to check the frame, use "Emerald Breeding No Splits" if you're not using splits and "Emerald Breeding Splits" if you're using splits.

Yeah I know some people who can help me transfer stuff, but I doubt anyone would wanna help me out with transfering everything I have, 'nor would I have the patience xD I will only transfering over some own bred stuff that looks useful in B/W and maybe some redistrubutables, but not other peoples pokémon.

I'm not sure what you mean with completet (I'm swedish :P), but yeah.. Pokes bred on 4th gen is fine, its just that you have to be able to trade them to my black as outside of the torneys I'm in I won't play SS anymore, so all my pokes there are just sitting ducks until I get European Black or White.
I'll still help you out. You've given me way more stuff than I'd ever have the patience to RNG myself.
I will do when I get an AR so I can clone. I don't want to be that guy that says 'I can only trade with cloners.'
Unfortenely I have no interest in 4th gen trades at all, I will hardly even play the games other than two torneys I'm participating in but if you manage to found someone who could transfer over some of you pokés to you black/white game I would be interested in any of these: the Bold Porygon2, Donphan, Mattj's Suicune (w/ sleep talk), Pedros Jolteon, Forsworns Hippodown, Timid Starmie, Adamant Gyarados, Jolly Flygon, Naive Salamence.
Just a tip of you found someone who can help you; make sure to teach them move tutors and TMs, I forgot focus punch on my Breloom >_>

I did write it, but I honestly couldn't tell you why it is running faster than it is supposed to. It keeps time directly from your system clock, so that may be the problem. If it never fixes itself (sometimes it does) you can always look through the RNG thread and find the link to Emloop and use that.
