Is the list updated?
Masquerain is listed as B Rank in the viability rankings so i'd assume it's legal.
Castform too, but it's not in the pokepast. Honestly it's a bit hard to understand what is or not in the tier.

yes masquerain is legal, it’s just an oversight in the paste. i’ll fix it in a bit when i’ve got time. thanks for bringing it to my attention!
