Choice Band Zamazenta functions as a fantastic wallbreaker to consider on offensive teams in the Ubers metagame due to its good Speed tier and strong STAB Close Combat supported by reliable coverage moves. Base Zamazenta also offers the superior typing and Speed tier when compared to its Crowned counterpart, as well as the ability to hold a beneficial item to increase its offensive prowess. Close Combat coupled with a Choice Band is able to dent neutral targets hard, 2HKOing most physically defensive Pokemon such as Quagsire, and Corviknight after Stealth Rock, while also OHKOing Ferrothorn and Excadrill. Crunch gives Zamazenta a way to get around Ghost-types such as Aegislash, Polteageist, and Galarian Corsola. Psychic Fangs is essential to allow Zamazenta to score important 2HKOes on Eternatus and Toxapex. Facade allows Zamazenta to still hit neutral targets for a reasonable amount of damage if inflicted by a status condition such as burn from Scald. Status boosted Facade allows it to still 2HKO Quagsire after Stealth Rock damage. Wild Charge can be opted for as a niche coverage option to score an OHKO on Gyarados, but it does not have much use outside of this. A Jolly nature is preferred as it enables Zamazenta to outspeed Pokemon such as Adamant Zacian-C and Timid Eternatus. An Adamant nature can be considered for an increase in power, allowing Zamazenta to be better at breaking bulkier teams at the cost of being outsped by the aforementioned Pokemon.

Team members who act as cleaners with good offensive capabilities, such as Substitute Zacian-C, appreciate the wallbreaking potential of Zamazenta while helping to remove its defensive checks such as Quagsire in return. Setup sweepers such as Dragon Dance Gyarados also appreciate Zamazenta's ability to remove Ferrothorn and Rotom-W. Agility Eternatus also pairs nicely, as it is able to easily deal with Hippowdon and Corviknight, while it appreciates Zamazenta's ability to remove Excadrill.

Zamazenta is the fastest unboosted Choice Scarf user in the tier, making it an excellent choice for the item. Due to its high Speed stat, Zamazenta is a very effective revenge killer and has a good matchup against offense teams, as it is able to outspeed any Pokemon up to Jolly Sand Rush Excadrill in sand and +2 Jolly Gyarados. Choice Scarf Zamazenta often finds its place on teams who require the speed control it provides. It is relatively weak compared to its Choice Band counterpart and usually will not find much use outside of its revenge killing role, however it is still capable of 2HKOing Zacian-C and Ferrothorn. Psychic Fangs allows Zamazenta to have a method of 2HKOing offensive variants of Eternatus after Stealth Rock. Wild Charge allows it to revenge kill Gyarados. Crunch is a filler option for the last slot in order to hit Ghost-types such as Aegislash and Polteageist.

Due to its lack of power, Choice Scarf Zamazenta appreciates team members that are able to break through bulkier Pokemon. Good options for this include Swords Dance Zacian-C or Dragon Dance Haxorus due to their immense power. Gothitelle could also be considered to trap passive Pokemon and remove them for Zamazenta, as these Pokemon appreciate its ability to deal with or revenge kill the faster offensive threats in the tier such as Sand Rush Excadrill, Zacian-C, or Eternatus.

I would better articulate the merit of this Pokemon early on. You cite the good speed tier, but that alone can't be it since this Pokemon is good while Zacian's uncrowned form isn't despite having the same speed. It may even be worth mentioning this Pokemon's relationship to Zamazenta-C and why this one is better.

(The Hippo comment doesn't seem to fit very well anywhere in this sentence; if it's important to keep in consider adding a new sentence after this one that says "For example, Adamant allows Zamazenta to 2HKO Hippowdon after Stealth Rock damage." Otherwise, just leave it out.)

Team members who act as cleaners with good offensive capabilities, such as Substitute Zacian-C(add comma) acts as a good cleaner with good offensive appreciates the wallbreaking potential of Zamazenta who in favour helps while helping to remove its defensive checks such as Quagsire in return. Zamazenta is able to easily undergo the role of a Choice Scarf user as it is the fastest unboosted Choice Scarf user in the tier, making it an excellent choice for the item. (changed the wording on this to avoid the repetition of "Choice Scarf user" back to back) Due to its high Speed stat(add comma) this makes Zamazenta is a very effective revenge killer and has a good matchup against offense teams, as it is able to outspeed any Pokemon up to Jolly Sand Rush Excadrill in sand and a +2 Jolly Gyarados.
