I will update the OP when I get home, but Corporal Levi and his Trapinch won. As far as the actual last, I did just rip the team from Star. (sorry I realized it wasn't mine when you posted) and the real last was Chinchou!

You guys can submit me a team on the forums, otherwise I'm using one of mine.

Week 2 (submitted by Coconut.)

Fletchling
Ability: Gale Wings
Level: 5
EVs: 156 HP / 196 Atk / 92 Def / 52 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Acrobatics
- Swords Dance
- Tailwind
- U-turn

Skrelp @ Eviolite
Ability: Adaptability
Level: 5
EVs: 36 HP / 116 Def / 200 SpA / 116 SpD / 40 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 30 Atk / 30 SpA / 30 Spe
- Hydro Pump
- Sludge Wave
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

Shellder @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Skill Link
Level: 5
EVs: 36 HP / 236 Atk / 40 SpD / 196 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Icicle Spear
- Rock Blast
- Razor Shell
- Rapid Spin

Hippopotas @ Eviolite
Ability: Sand Stream
Level: 5
EVs: 52 HP / 20 Atk / 212 Def / 180 SpD / 20 Spe
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Whirlwind
- Stealth Rock
- Slack Off

Mienfoo @ Eviolite
Ability: Regenerator
Level: 5
EVs: 196 Def / 76 SpD / 236 Spe
Jolly Nature
- High Jump Kick
- Knock Off
- U-turn
- Taunt

This team revolves around having a powerful sweeper in Fletchling and having switch-ins to things that threaten it. Hippopotas is a bulky stealth rock setter that soft checks multiple things. Mienfoo is a fast pivot that allows forces switches and doubles. Skrelp can also check multiple things and do lots of damage. Scarf Shellder is meant to be a surprise as it a fast surprise and hits things with a surprising amount of power.

What's Their Last?
submissions open until 4/4 sometime haha

Ferroseed @ Eviolite
Level: 5
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 84 HP / 36 Atk / 188 Def / 148 SpD / 36 Spe
Careful Nature
- Bullet Seed
- Spikes
- Thunder Wave
- Knock Off

Most chinchou weak team i've ever seen, especially the rest talk set which beats everything. Ferroseed provides a counter to Chinchou and spikes so the u-turn core of the team works better.

Well, the first thing that jumps out at me is the lack of Rapid Spin or Defog (though with taunt on Mienfoo and only one rock weakness it's probably not a huge priority.) It's also really weak to Chinchou (as noted above). Therefore, you obviously need a Seedot to comple- I'M SORRY PLEASE DON'T LYNCH ME.

Lileep @ Eviolite
Ability: Storm Drain
Level: 5
EVs: 188 HP / 140 Def / 28 SpA / 140 SpD / 12 Spe
Calm Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Giga Drain
- Recover
- Ancient Power

This mon provides similar assistance to Ferroseed, but it also has good synergy with Hippotas, since water moves are generally what people seem to use if they don't have a Snivy. Again, I don't think this team really needs to be able to get rid of hazards that urgently.

But seriously tho, Seedot completes the team perfectly.

sam-testings

What a beautiful face, I have found in this place
Foongus @ Eviolite
Ability: Regenerator
Level: 5
EVs: 124 HP / 160 Def / 160 SpD
Bold Nature
- Spore
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb
- Hidden Power [Fire]

sry cheek pouch

So yeah, its a pretty chinchou weak team and foongus deals with that pretty well. Foongus also makes a nice regen core with Mienfoo and can spore things that are annoying to the fletch sweep. Just in general a great mon that deals with annoying stuff to fletchling like rock and steel types. Hp fire is for ferroseed which is pretty annoying to this team.

Because you asked.

Snivy @ Eviolite
Level: 5
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 240 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Leaf Storm
- Glare
- Synthesis
- Hidden Power Flying

Snivy can check Chinchou. Unless it's 17 speed LO/Specs Blizzard. Don't send Snivy into that. It also has Glare which is fairly nice for this team since it's a form of speed control other than tailwind to help Skrelp. It's also a sweeper in its own right if Fletchling switches into Stealth Rock a few times. It also checks Chinchou.

It also pairs well with Skrelp, who can take on Ponyta fairly well due to RestTalk. This set could be changed to HP Fire, but 17 speed is nice for Chinchou.

Abra/Fletch/Chou are pretty glaring problems. Ferro isn't the best fit because Overheat SD Fletch can murder this team.

I don't understand why Shellder is even on this team because the team already have a revenge killer but needs to patch up its weaknesses vs super common mons. Imo it seems super unnecessary on this team and could have been replaced by something like Vullaby (BIRDS THO)

sorry everyone, I've been sick and busy :(

congrats to fitzy72 for winning this week with his ferroseed nomination. The actual last was Aipom (ask Coconut don't ask me)

Week 3

Timburr (M) @ Eviolite
Ability: Guts
Level: 5
EVs: 76 HP / 116 Atk / 156 Def / 156 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Drain Punch
- Mach Punch
- Knock Off
- Poison Jab

Pawniard (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Defiant
Level: 5
EVs: 236 Atk / 76 Def / 196 Spe
Jolly Nature
IVs: 0 HP
- Pursuit
- Knock Off
- Brick Break
- Iron Head

Magnemite @ Berry Juice
Ability: Sturdy
Level: 5
EVs: 36 Def / 236 SpA / 236 Spe
Modest Nature
- Recycle
- Thunderbolt
- Endure
- Flash Cannon

Spritzee @ Eviolite
Ability: Aroma Veil
Level: 5
EVs: 212 HP / 196 Def / 12 SpA / 76 SpD / 12 Spe
Bold Nature
- Calm Mind
- Wish
- Protect
- Moonblast

Porygon @ Eviolite
Level: 5
Ability: Trace
EVs: 236 HP / 196 Def / 76 SpD
Calm Nature
- Recover
- Tri Attack
- Psychic
- Thunder Wave

The team is built around CM Spritzee and supporting it to get a sweep late game. Timburr forgoes Bulk Up for Poison Jab to lure Cottonee and other Spritzee, which typically allows Timburr to abuse Drain Punch and Knock Off more effectively in a match. Scarf Pawniard is a great revenge killer and sweeper in its own right should bulky Fighting types are taken out, which Psychic Porygon and Spritzee do. Recycle Mag is a solid stop to sweepers, and Twave Porygon give the team speed control, which is helpful since the team is quite slow.

But... What's Their Last?

Staryu.
Spin for mag is important, but most of the team hates spikes. Also makes Dril a null threat unless LO or scarf. Gives some extra speed, and counters pony which is important. Gives coverage vs Gunk too.

Staryu @ Eviolite
Ability: Natural Cure
Level: 5
EVs: 116 HP / 156 Def / 236 Spe
Timid Nature
- Scald
- Rapid Spin
- Recover
- Psychic
