Altaria @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 248 HP / 144 Def / 112 SpD
Bold Nature
- Flamethrower / Dragon Pulse
- Roost
- Toxic
- Heal Bell

For the record I think Pelipper is the correct choice but Altaria has some other notable attributes such as a solid Grass-type resistance, Heal Bell support to cure Burns on physical teammates, and a nice Electric neutrality I guess? Flamethrower also gives you some Fire-type coverage which may or may not be important. Both of these guys provide a solid Fighting-resistance and help Regirock out with Toxic stalling certain foes.

you can tell it's a jarii team from the unnecessarily complex ev spreads. Anyway, heres what i would use as the teams last

Manectric @ Life Orb
Ability: Lightning Rod
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 30 SpA
- Volt Switch
- Overheat
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Grass]
has sick synergy with Lapras and can pressure a lot of its checks such as bulky waters. the team is also very slow as is, which means it can struggle versus faster mons. Manectric helps to remedy this and can do a great job of cleaning teams once Mesprit and Lapras have put in some work. Volt Switch support is also nice for this team so that torterra gets more set up opportunities and for keeping offensive pressure on your opponent, something that a team like this would thrive on given the amount of wallbreakers on this squad.

PrinceLucian wins again with his Pelipper submission, congrats :)

after 20 full weeks and probably 19 wins for Lucian, we're going with a team from erisia ! Thanks for that.

You have until Saturdaynight to get in your submissions :)

samurott @ splash plate | torrent
252 atk / 4 def / 252 spe | adamant
waterfall / swords dance / aqua jet / megahorn

dont have a lot of time to explain but basically you've got a strong defensive core w/ two breakers, healing wish, and no way to clean and nothing to rly utilize the hwish. team also has no ice resist, so rotter gives a soft check to ice-type moves. still gotta pivot around every ice but once it's in, otter threatens all of them except vanilluxe which just fucks you completely lol. splash plate>lum bc you need your prio to be strong cuz the team's pretty slow and you have hwish in case it gets burned.

Banned deucer.

Klinklang @ Leftovers
Ability: Clear Body
Happiness: 0
EVs: 156 HP / 252 Atk / 100 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Shift Gear
- Substitute
- Gear Grind
- Frustration

Klinklang is a good fit for this team because it benefits from Electivire breaking its checks, and Toxic spikes from weezing. This team has no Psychic resist, and CM musharna 6-0es entire team, while Ice types are really threatening considering theres no Ice resist, Jynx can just run through this team. Klinklang checks all of those, while being able to setup on most psychic types. Its also a good answer to pokemon like Vivillon that can be pretty annoying after a quiver. Set is pretty standard, I prefer frustration over magnet rise because steelix isnt as common as people say, and it hits pokemon like pyroar/magmortar/garbodor for either neutral damage or less recoil. A bit forgotten , but still a decent pokemon.

oki ryan wins in a super close one!! congrats
This week's team features a cool defensive core of Garbodor + Torterra, as well as a nice pivot in Lanturn and some support in Scarf Kabutops and Garbodor. There is still 1 free slot however.. What will it be?

Garbodor @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Aftermath
EVs: 252 HP / 200 Def / 56 Spe
Impish Nature
- Gunk Shot
- Drain Punch
- Toxic Spikes
- Spikes

Kabutops @ Choice Scarf

- Stone Edge
- Waterfall
- Superpower
- Rapid Spin

Torterra @ Leftovers
Ability: Overgrow
EVs: 252 HP / 128 Atk / 128 Def
Adamant Nature
- Wood Hammer
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock
- Synthesis

Mismagius @ Colbur Berry
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 80 Def / 180 Spe
Timid Nature
- Hex
- Will-O-Wisp
- Taunt
- Pain Split

Mimsagius fits in this team very well. We'll have one of the most powerful core of this game, the dark/poison/ghost one. This team seems to struggle against Ground-type pokemons, so adding Mismagius would give the team another check to Rhydon, which is the most terrifying Ground-type pokémon for this team to me. Secondly, Mismagius can block and make the spinners useless, the team plays with Entry Hazards but unfortunately there is not Ghost-type pokémon to keep other mons from spinning. Finally, even if it's a minor point, Mismagius still checks Band Primeape, a pokémon that can be pretty annoying against the team, even with Garbodor.

Rotom-Frost @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Substitute
- Pain Split
- Thunderbolt
- Blizzard

-This team is balance without reliable flying check to pokemon like archeops/scyther and Kabutops gets wore down really easy, 4 pokemon in team are ground weak and torterra is pressured to take all of them during match. Ice resist to pokemon like abomasnow/jynx dont exist and they get a free kill everytime they come in. Rotom frost was only way to fix all of these in 1 slot(bronzor was second option but its really passive), giving team a decent flying check, ground immunity and a soft ice check, sub+split is a cool set and rotom has lower HP stat to utilize it.

Don't think either is an exceptional last to this team but for the sake of my postcount I pick vega's Rotom.
