SS: Gondra vs SoulWind
There aren’t many times where I’d bold against SW, but Gondra has looked very comfortable all tour long in this tier, and I’ve liked most of his team choices too. I’d think that the Bebos will tryhard more when it comes to prep than the TDKs. Given an even mu I’d expect Gondra to take a close one, but this will be a banger.
ORAS: Pearl vs Star
Similar to Gondra, Pearl has looked pretty dominant and not rusty at all in ORAS. He did suffer a somewhat shocking loss to obii last week, but I know he’s been more active than we all probably thought and been looking to branch out more than usual. ORAS allows for more creativity than most would think, and unless he gets stuck in a bad matchup or plays like dirt all of a sudden, I can’t see him dropping Ls b2b.
DPP: TSR vs Eternal Spirit
ES has surprised me & done pretty well all tour long in DPP, while my good friend TSR hasn’t looked bad, just not as good as ES. Both can be pretty creative when it comes to the builder too. Personally rooting for TSR but based on performance alone up to this point, bolding ES.
All of these are very enjoyable matchups, good luck to both teams but rooting for the TDKs bc the Bebos took Gondra from me
