I think Choice Band Swampert is a solid match with Toxicroak. Swampert is able to reliably deal with bulky ground-types Toxicroak can hardly touch, smack Latias with Ice Punch into Sucker Punch range, and OHKO Hydreigon with superpower. Toxicroak in return can beat all the bulky waters Swampert cant break well and serve as a back up against Amoonguss if Swampert reveals its set earlier.

Rotom is a fantastic partner for Mega Altaria as it performers as a pivot mon which can bring in Mega Altaria in favorable position and allow it to setup vs things like Infernape and Hydreigon. Rotom is a phenomenal check to Scizor and enjoys defogging hazards which may pressure Mega Altaria. Rotom Heat also works as a great offensive syngergy because of its good matchup vs things like Amoonguss which causes trouble for Mega Altaria to setup against.

Z-Hurricane can also let it nuke some of the poison type answers to altaria, especially if it is not carrying earthquake.
