:(Could you guys make a team around offensive CM Florges! Having a lot of trouble making a wall work as a set-up sweeper.
After a bit of discussion, I am going to have to deny this request as Gastrodon is just not viable whatsoever and as such cannot be reliably built into a well made team. The reason being is that it is a "bulky" Water that has a water immunity yet cannot beat cune, nor can it be a good fire resist, and it lacks Rocks unlike another Water immune mon, Seismitoad (who could possibly work here). Also the Escavalier set is subpar as Assault Vest is not a very good item on Escavalier. Overall, I am sorry to deny, but you are welcome to offer up another mon / core for us to build around. Hope you understand :)Gastrodon + Escavalier![]()
Nobody seems to realize how well these two pokemon are carried, both fine escavalier their weaknesses are covers the weak of grass type of Gastrodon and Gastrodon covers the weakness of fire type of escavalier.

It is being worked on. Slowly, but surely :)Hey y'all. Just wanted to check whether someone is working on my request of a Tailwind offense team with Mixed Nidoking and whimsicott
DaRizzleMyShizzleWanna see a balanced or offensive team built around these guys! Doublade can beat Fairy, Flying and is immune to fighting type attacks, whilst Panda smashes stall, and beats Dark Types for Doublade. Both can weaken each others checks/counters comfortably.
O.o holy fk, thank you so much dude!! These teams look absolutely insane, can't wait to try them out!! n_n![]()

Cynthia's Chomp
Hey dude, sorry for the wait, this one was a doozy. Anyways, I ended up caving and not building with Offensive CM Florges but not for lack of trying. The main issue I saw with Offensive Florges is that it felt like it was trying to do too much. When you dedicate a slot to CM you then sort of need Synthesis and from there you start to lose the cool coverage that gives CM Florges its draw. Instead, I opted to go with a more offensive Specs variant that trades the ability to switch moves for a much more simple use, clicking Moonblast. Specs Moonblast is actually insanely strong, dealing almost half to standard Doublade and OHKOing Cobalion a fair amount of the time. Anyways, time for the team. The basic principle was that Specs Florges would provide a supporting role by capitalizing on the dragons like Hydreigon that Houndoom baits in naturally. Houndoom would appreciate things like Suicune getting weakened and Florges loves getting those pesky steels out of the way. I went with Taunt Plot Houndoom because with an Offensive Florges variant you need to be really careful of things like Salamence sweeping you. Even HP Ice would be a decent option here. I went with Taunt to more easily dispatch of Porygon 2 who is a personal enemy of mine. Anyways, now comes Florges who loves coming in on free turns from Scarf Hydreigon and firing off very strong Moonblasts. Anyways, now comes another cool core I like, Banded Rhyperior + SD Toxicroak. The basic premise is that Rhyperior baits in Swampert while Croak handles the other bulky waters. Rhyperior also stops Mega Aero and Crobat and punishes their STAB moves. Shuca Cobalion was added to check mamo and mence. Stone Edge is used to hit Salamence as like I said, it's scary. Rocks Life Orb Azelf rounds out the team with a hard hitting Ground immunity. Overall, the team is pretty solid and while it doesn't make the best use of Specs Florges, it definitely puts in work from time to time and consistently stops Hydreigon who is always a pain.

- Have a one paragraph description with the set / core you want us to build around and a slight idea of what kind of team you want the end result to be. Also, actually have the set(s) you want us to use in your post. This makes the process of building teams faster for all of us here.

this was a pretty cool core to work around. the only thing i didn't like about the end result about this team is that i'm stackin' types, which is a real pet peeve of mine. this is a neat offensive battery that covers most bases, since whimsi / empo can check offensive dragons pretty well, save for superpower iron tail hydrei and cb goodra lol, doom checks chandy (to an extent at least, doesnt really like specs fblasts after losin flash fire) and psychics, and empo kinda "lures" in aero / mamo, although i dont really like using that term at this stage in the meta because as soon as they see you lack lefties its fairly obvious you're offensive. going into specifics, i decided to run stun + encore on whimsi because i wasn't particularly desperate for uturn, and crippling it and doom's offensive checks is really neat. encore is really nice for mega pert and gatr as well. destiny bond on doom is nice cause you can get rid of most of croaker's checks with it, especially since protect / taunt is more popular atm (both of which i considered, but i think they're less conducive overall, if you go taunt use 40 / 216 / 252). empoleon clears hazards while still managin to provide some offensive pressure, moveslots are pretty standard fare. hydro pump can be used if you wanna get a little more oomph. i added crobat because having whimsicott as your fighting switch in doesn't yield positive results, and a ground immunity was pretty needed as well. i opted for sky plate here because it isn't as passive as more defensive sets while still being able to counter the stuff it needs to, mega bee in particular, which is always good for condensing roles. hypnosis works pretty well on this team because you can cripple fat steels, reg pert, etc., although using sfang / taunt / toxic is good as well. krook synergises really well with the rest of the team, and it does here what it does on pretty much every other team, which is trap shit and set up rocks. it also provides a vswitch immunity, which is nice, even if it can't really switch into most of the common elec mons' other options (dpulse from amph, leaf / overheat from rotom formes, hyper voice / coverage move from helio, etc etc.). croaker might seem a little awkward here, but it alleviates a bit of pressure from whimsi, since bulky croak can take on scalds and mega stoise handily, both of which are annoying for this team, and as previously mentioned, it appreciates doom's ability to pressure out doublade and cress, who are real painz for croaker to face, since 1nce they're gone croaker can put in a lot of work versus bulkier teams.
sorry for rushing a bit on the descriptions, but most everything is straightforward. will post the melo team soon, definitely liked building with that one heh, one of my fav mons to use atm
