Welcome to Ubermons!
In this Pet Mod, we will adjust Ubers and banned aspects for National Dex OU play. The goal is to make every single ban, viable and healthy part of the metagame. Pokémon that were part of a Slate are going to be changed, if the Pokémon are too strong or too weak, as a result of their nerfs being not enough or too much.

The Slate will consist of 2-4 Pokémon, which are decided by the council and the community and will last 3-4 days. The rules for the slates will depend on the Pokémon in question.

Here are the General Rules for some Pokémon:
Mythicals
Mythicals must keep their BST of 600. Also the changes that are made to them, have to fit their main trade as a mythical.
e.g. Techno Blast must be a viable option on Genesect, Landorus-I has to have a weather/terrain related playstyle etc.

Megas
Megas must have 100 BST more than their base form. However, changes that can make the base form worse won't be accepted. However, some Megas can't be balanced around this and those would be the exception.
e.g. Meaning that Mega-Alakazam cannot loose Nasty Plot, while Mega-Blastoise might loose Shell Smash.

Box Legends
Box Legendaries have their BST decreased to 570 and their forms would have a BST of 600. Custom Elements are allowed, rules depend and limitations on the slate and Pokémon in question.
e.g. Palkia would get a BST of 570, while something like Necrozma-Dusk-Mane gets a 600 BST

Code:
[B]Pokémon[/B]:
[B]Changes[/B]:
[B]Types[/B]:
[B]Abilities[/B]:
[B]Stats[/B]:
[B]Movepool Changes[/B]:
[B]Description[/B]: (This is an essential part of the submission, just like the other aspects)

Voting will last 1-2 days and it will have the same rules as Mega Revolution:
In the voting phase, users vote for their preferred submissions and the winning submissions are added to the role compendium and spreadsheet.
The voting format is as follows:

Role in question: 1st preferred option, 2nd preferred option, 3rd preferred option.

Note: These self voting rules and the explanation are from good user lyd, slightly adapted to fit this pet mod
If you want to vote for yourself now, it gets slightly more complicated. You can always keep voting for yourself as second, but you can change the order a bit, for as long as the number of self-votes equals 2x the number of submissions you made. Let's use some examples to make it more understandable:

Stallbreaker: Yoshiblaze, Lyd, Ludicrousity
Special Wall: Ludicrousity, Lyd, Yoshiblaze
Defensive Pivot: Ludicrousity, Lyd, Yoshiblaze

So this voting format is good, cuz' Lyd voted for himself as second three times, and when you add everything up, he gave himself 6 votes, which is fine, as it is exactly the number of submissions he made for the slate x2. However, say he liked his Stallbreaker submission a lot, and he really wants it to win, he can play around with his votes a little bit:

Stallbreaker: Lyd, Yoshiblaze, Ludicrousity
Special Wall: Ludicrousity, Lyd, Yoshiblaze
Defensive Pivot: Ludicrousity, Yoshiblaze, Lyd

So to make his Stallbreaker first vote, he moved his Defensive Pivot self-vote to last. Makes sense, right? And when you add up the votes, 3 + 2 + 1 = 6 which is exactly what he wants. Let's say that he likes his Special Wall and Defensive Pivot submissions more, and he didn't like his Stallbreaker submission too much. He can do this:

Stallbreaker: Yoshiblaze, Ludicrousity, G-Luke
Special Wall: Lyd, Ludicrousity, Yoshiblaze
Defensive Pivot: Lyd, Ludicrousity, Yoshiblaze

3 + 3 adds up to six, so he's good to that. Small note that this can't be done if he made no Stallbreaker submission because if that was the case, the number of submissions he made x2 would actually end up as 4, which isn't enough. Also, had he only made a single submission, he'd always have to self-vote as #2 or lower because making only one submission gives him only two self-vote points. We hope that was clear, if you had any trouble to understand this, feel free to PM anyone from the council and we'll explain it as best as we can.

Slate 1: Come As You Are :genesect::landorus::shaymin-sky:
By NeonNitroGlycerin
Pokémon: Genesect
Types: Bug / Steel
Ability: Sniper
Stats: 91 / 100 / 95 / 120 / 95 / 99
Movepool Changes: -Blizzard, -Thunderbolt, -Thunder
Techno Blast: 100 BP, 100% Acc, 10-16 PP, Steel-Type Special move
+Douse: Water Type, 30% chance to lower the target's SpD, +50% base power
+Chill: Ice Type, 30% chance to lower the target's SpA, +50% base power
+Burn: Fire Type, 30% chance to lower the target's Atk, +50% base power
+Shock: Electric Type, 30% chance to lower the target's Spe, +50% base power
Description: Moved points from Genesect's ATK to its HP, making it definitively a bulky Special attacker. More importantly, Techno Blast is now good. It also gets a different secondary effect based on the Drive used.

By G-Luke
:ss/Landorus:
Pokémon: Landorus
Types: Ground / Flying
Abilities: Sand Force | HA: Competitive
Stats: 89 HP / 125 Atk / 90 Def / 115 SpA / 80 SpD / 101 Spe
Movepool Changes: Air Slash
Description: Got rid of the major breaking aspect of Landorus being the raw power of Sheer Force boosted STAB and coverage. I gave it Competitive to compliment the Defiant Thundurus and Tornadus.

By anaconja
Pokémon: Shaymin-Sky
Types: Grass/Flying
Abilities: Flower Veil
Stats: unchanged
Movepool Changes: +Knock Off, +Taunt
Description: serene grace broke it. now it doesnt have serene grace. does get status immunities though which sounds pretty cool to stallbreak.

Slate 2: Spooky Scary Skeletons :dragapult::marshadow::spectrier:
By PalpitoadChamp
:ss/dragapult:
Pokemon: Dragapult
Type: Dragon/Ghost
Ability: Clear Body/Infiltrator (H: Sniper)
Stats: 119/91/89/91/89/121
Movepool Changes: -Fire Blast, -Hydro Pump, -Thunder, -Phantom Force, +Shadow Claw, +Night Slash
Description: A mixed attacker with lower offenses and speed, making it easier to be walled

By G-Luke
:ss/Marshadow:
Pokémon: Marshadow
Types: Fighting / Ghost
Abilities: Technician
Stats: 100 HP / 100 Atk / 100 Def / 100 SpA / 100 SpD / 100 Spe
Movepool Changes: None
Description: It's just a new clone statwise now, which nerfs it's speed and power by a big amount. It does get a decent bulk increase but I do not think any critical KOes that are dodged.

By Mossy Sandwich
:ss/spectrier:
Pokémon: Spectrier
Types: Ghost
Abilities: Grim Neigh (This pokemon deals 1.5x damage to burned pokemon.)
Stats: 90/90/85/90/95/130
Movepool Changes: -Nasty Plot
Description: This version of Spectrier is less of a sweeper and more of a fast wallbreaker. Its goal is to burn opposing pokemon, which will lower their physical attack and chip them. Burned targets then become easy to take down thanks to the tweaked Grim Neigh. Spectrier can easily cripple and take down entire teams if you are unable to play around it. There's a lot of counterplay though. The main one outside of the teambuilder are the 50/50s between clicking wisp or Hex. Once a target is burned, Spectrier will most likely want to click Hex. However, if the opponent switches, it will only use a weak Hex meaning it may want to use Will-O-Wisp again. This means you can play around Spectrier through mindgames. However, Spectrier does have some pretty hard counters. Toxic Blissey will be able to Poison it and take it down, as Spectrier lacks the moveslots to use all of Hex, Will-O-Wisp, Calm Mind, Dark Pulse and Substitute. Tapu Fini, Heatran and Spdef Gliscor can all avoid a burn one way or another and take its hits. Other more general special walls may be able to take a few hits, though they don't perform as well. Overall, Spectrier can be a dangerous wallbreaker if used well but needs to take a turn against each of its targets, making it unable to sweep without proper setup.

Slate 3: You're a Natural :groudon::kyogre::rayquaza:
By Gravity Monkey
:groudon:
Pokémon: Groudon
Types:

Abilities: Drought
Stats: 90 (-10) / 120 (-30) / 125 (-15) / 100 / 70 (-20) / 65 (-25) (BST: 570)
Movepool Changes: -Eruption
Description: Literally just mini versions of those mons. 120 Water Sprout under rain probably still hurts but like substantially less. ok removed then but it still has like 70 speed its so bad vs offense

By abismal
:bw/kyogre:
Pokemon: Kyogre
Type
:

Ability: Drizzle
New Stats: 95 / 80 / 90 / 110 / 120 / 75
Movepool Changes: -Water Spout, +Flip Turn
Description: A Drizzle Calm Mind sweeper sounds cool, it really does! But Flip Turn tho? It allows Kyogre to also act on the supportive side for its team, similar to pelipper except it lacks item removal and recovery. It's also weak to grass so there's that. And it only makes sense that Kyogre's stats reflect groudon as well, but thats just a personal touch.

By PalpitoadChamp
:ss/rayquaza:
Rayquaza
Types: Flying/Dragon
Ability: Air Lock
Stats: 85 / 115 / 75 / 115 / 75 / 105 (BST: 570)
Movepool: -V Create, -Extreme Speed
Description: Rayquaza gets toned down stats and removing V-Create because it doesn't make hardly any sense on Rayquaza

Slate 4: DNA :deoxys::deoxys-attack::deoxys-speed:
By Yoshiblaze
:sm/deoxys:
Pokémon: Deoxys
Types: Psychic
Abilities: Pressure
Stats: 50/110/110/110/110/110 (600 BST)
Movepool Changes: -Spikes, -Nasty Plot, -Superpower, -Extreme Speed, -Magic Coat, -Taunt, -Focus Blast, -Drain Punch, -Brick Break, +Topsy-Turvy, -Agility
Description: Deoxys is the base form, so it should have the most basic stats, thus we have this balanced stat spread. With this, Deoxys is basically a more offensive version of Mew, with higher speed and power and a good amount of versatility, but with worse defensive options and much worse 50/110/110 bulk
:sm/deoxys-attack:
Pokémon: Deoxys-Attack
Types: Psychic
Abilities: Pressure
Stats: 50/130/105/130/105/90 (600 BST)
Movepool Changes: -Spikes, -Nasty Plot, -Superpower, -Extreme Speed, -Magic Coat, -Taunt, -Focus Blast, -Drain Punch, -Brick Break, +Topsy-Turvy, -Agility
Description: Deoxys-A still has great 130/130 offenses and with a ton of coverage, plus the super powerful Psycho Boost, but it has meh 50/105/105 bulk and an equally meh 90 Speed tier that makes it very easy to revenge kill from the denizens of the crowded 95-110 Speed tier.
:sm/deoxys-defense:
Pokémon: Deoxys-Defense
Types: Psychic
Abilities: Pressure
Stats: 50/70/160/90/160/70 (600 BST)
Movepool Changes: -Spikes, -Nasty Plot, -Superpower, -Extreme Speed, -Magic Coat, -Taunt, -Focus Blast, -Drain Punch, -Brick Break, +Topsy-Turvy, -Agility
Description: Deoxys-D is already NatDex UU and actually gets shafted by the nerfs to its brethren (thanks for that Deoxys-Speed), so hopefully a slight SpA buff and a cool utility option in Topsy-Turvy can make it worth looking at
:sm/deoxys-Speed:
Pokémon: Deoxys-Speed
Types: Psychic
Abilities: Pressure
Stats: 50/90/115/90/115/140 (600 BST)
Movepool Changes: -Spikes, -Nasty Plot, -Superpower, -Extreme Speed, -Magic Coat, -Taunt, -Focus Blast, -Drain Punch, -Brick Break, +Topsy-Turvy, -Agility
Description: A much faster and slightly bulkier, but much weaker version of Deoxys-N, Deoxys-Speed can prove to be a great revenge killer since it still has a decent amount of power thanks to Psycho Boost, and it can be a decent screens or Rocks setter, but it's much more limited than before. Also, being slower than most Scarfers and the rare-ish Zeraora hurts

Slate 5: Got Me Stone Cold :kyurem-black::darmanitan-galar::kyurem-white:
By Ema Skye
Pokémon: Darmanitan-Galar
Types: Ice
Abilities: Gorilla Tactics. Disables the user's held item. Locks the user into the first attacking move they make.
Stats: unchanged
Movepool Changes: +Switcheroo
Description: Fixes all of the problems with Darm-G. I added Switcheroo to give it a different avenue to wallbreaking by tricking an Assault Vest or Choice item to a wall, while also ensuring that this option is viable due to not being locked into Switcheroo.

By G-Luke
:ss/Kyurem-Black:
Pokémon: Kyurem-Black
Types: Dragon / Ice
Abilities: Teravolt
Stats: 125 HP / 125 Atk / 105 Def / 85 SpA / 65 SpD / 85 Spe
Movepool Changes: N/A
Move Changes: Freeze Shock | Physical | Ice | BP: 85 | Acc: 90 | 30% chance to paralyze foe.
Description: I scaled down Kyurem-Black's stats down to acceptable levels sans HP, which I think is pretty important to keep as is. A big chunk out of its SpD makes it harder to switch in, while 85 speed is pretty mediocre for an offensive Pokemon, even giving it enough leeway to be revengekilled by most Choice Scarf users. Freeze Shock becoming what is for all intents and purposes an equivalent to Icicle Crash will go a ways to leveraging its power.

:ss/Kyurem-White:
Pokémon: Kyurem-White
Types: Dragon / Ice
Abilities: Teravolt
Stats: 125 HP / 80 Atk / 75 Def / 110 SpA / 90 SpD / 120 Spe
Movepool Changes: N/A
Move Changes: Ice Burn | Special | Ice | BP: 85 | Acc: 90 | 30% chance to burn target.
Description: Kyurem base form is already quite viable in National Dex, and I am afraid if I went with a mirror of what Kyube spreads are it would either be worse or better Kyurem. So I decided to shift it to a completely different direction, and instead make it a speedy attacker. 115 Speed puts it ahead of most of the competition while the 110 SpA gives it respectable power, but nothing crazy.

Slate 6: Escape from LA :dugtrio::gothitelle::wobbuffet:
By JosJet
Ability: Arena Trap:Dugtrio:
New Effect: Prevents adjacent Ground-type foes from choosing to switch.
New Users::Hippowdon:, :Vibrava:, :Flygon:, :Krookodile: (Anger Point), :Rhyperior: (Lightning Rod), :Excadrill: (Sand Force)
Description: This would work as a Ground-type Magnet Pull. Like Magnet Pull, I made sure not to give it to any Pokémon that had super effective STAB against Ground-types and all the mons that received it were Ground-type themselves. The only Pokémon that have Ice-type coverage other than HP Ice are Hippowdon and Rhyperior and are too slow to abuse it against Ground-types that pivot.

By VoolPool
Ability: Shadow Tag
New Effect: Pokemon switching out on this pokemon lose 1/8.
New Users: :Banette: (over insomnia), :Dusknoir:, :Cursola: :corsola-galar:
Description: Great punish for volt run however all the mons taht get it are trash bar maybe cors-g so it shouldn't be too strong.

Pokémon: Gengar-Mega
Changes that were made: Stats
Types:

Abilities: Shadow Tag
Stats: 60/85/90/155/95/110

Description: A bulkier gengar that punishes switches with stag. (he actually doesn't hit as hard as life orb gengar but has an easier time setting up)

:ss/Kangaskhan-Mega:
Pokémon: Kangaskhan-Mega
Changes that were made: Seismic Toss

By G-Luke
:ss/Dracovish:
Pokémon: Dracovish
Changes that were made: -Strong Jaw, +Analytic
Types:

Abilities: Water Absorb / Analytic | HA: Sand Rush
Stats: Unchanged
Movepool Changes: N/A
Description: Strong Jaw is too much of a buff to Fisheous Rend's overall damage output. So I decided to take the meme of a Pokémom and play around with it. Its main attack Fisheous Rend demands you move first, but its new ability demands you move last, leafing to some interesting plays in a match. Ofcourse their effects synchronize on the switch, so while not as strong as before, switching into Fisheous Rend is still a pain. Luckily actual water types can check this now

:ss/metagross-mega:
Pokémon: Metagross-Mega
Changes that were made: -Tough Claws, +Heavy Metal, See Movepool Changes
Types:

Ability: Heavy Metal
Stats: Unchanged
Movepool Changes: +Heavy Slam, +Heat Crash
Description: Really all you need to do is to remove the free LO that Tough Claws gives Megagross, and its overall threat level drops down by a massive amount. I decided to replace it with filler ability Heavy Metal, but at least gave it Heavy Slam and Heat Crash so that ability means something.

By abismal
:blastoise-mega:
Pokemon: Mega Blastoise
Type
:

Ability: Technician
Movepool Changes: -Shell Smash, +Calm Mind, Vacuum Wave
Description: Similar to scizor but it can't rely on recovery to heal consistently, allowing it to utilize its coverage options as a lategame cleaner that could even be paired up with Scizor.

Slate 1: Come As You Are
:ss/Genesect::ss/Landorus::ss/shaymin-sky:

The Suspects for the First Slate in Ubermons will be Genesect, Landorus-I and Shaymin-Sky respectively.
Please follow the rules for these Pokémon:

:genesect:
Must keep its BST of 600
Must keep its typing
You have to make Techno Blast a viable option (buffing it is accepted)

:landorus:
BST can be between 580 and 600
Movepool and BST changes will affect Landorus-T, keep that in mind

:shaymin-sky:
Must keep its BST of 600
Movepool Changes will affect regular Shaymin, keep that in mind

Subsmissions will last for 4 days from this post onwards.

:genesect:
Pokémon: Genesect
Types:

Abilities: Analytic
Stats: 71 / 110 (-10) / 90 (-5) / 110 (-10) / 90 (-5) / 129 (+30) (BST: 600)
Movepool Changes: -Flamethrower -Flame Charge -Blaze Kick -Shift Gear -Ice Beam -Thunderbolt
Description: Keeps more or less the same role as a fast and customizable pivot, but this time with less immediate power, trading for a speed that doesn't necessarily need a scarf to work. This time, it now has to rely on Techno Blast for reliable coverage, and can only chose one before it starts to consider Thunder/Blizzard. Really doesn't enjoy heatran, esp since now it cant pass through it and ferro with the same set. Still a scary mon.

:shaymin-sky:
Pokémon: Shaymin Sky
Types:

Abilities: Competitive
Stats: 100 / 108 (+5) / 75 / 115 (-5) / 75 / 127 (BST: 600)
Movepool Changes: -
Description: Same mon, just less bullshit. Will have a harder time -1 SpDefing you to death and has slightly less power. Also is now a cool option for hazard stack and stickys ig.

:landorus:
Pokémon: Landorus-Therian
Types:

Abilities: Sand Force / Sheer Force
Stats: 89 / 125 / 90 / 105 (-10) / 90 (+10) / 101 (BST: 600)
Movepool Changes: -Sludge Wave -Sludge Bomb -Focus Blast
Description: Those new changes makes counterplay against Landorus way more consistent. With its main coverage options gone, Landorus is forced to rely on suboptimal strategies if it wants to go through some common pokemons like Corviknight or Lando-Therian, like Gravity or physical coverage. Honestly I still think just removing Sheer Force is a better option but if it's an aspect of Lando you want to keep, this is eligible to voting.

Movepool Changes:
Loses: Flamethrower, Blizzard, Ice Beam, Extreme Speed, Blaze Kick.
Gains: First Impression, Focus Punch.
Burn Drive = 20% chance to burn.
Shock Drive = 20% chance to paralyze
Freeze Drive = 20% chance to flinch
Douse Drive = Lower's the targets Speed by 1 stage.

Description: Idk what I'm doing. But Genesect was kinda powerful so I toned it down by removing some key coverage. Now, Genesect can Utilize its drives to add different debuffs to the opponent. Burn, Flinch, Parahax or lower their speed for whatever its trying to do. It has one weakness so I gave it heatproof but I don't think that's too big of a deal on genesect. It has no recovery and it lost a lot of coverage.

First of, I would like to thank everyone who participated in this slate! It means a lot.
The submissions look really good and there are only 2 small nitpicks:

Pokémon: :sm/genesect:

Movepool Changes: +Volt Switch, -Ice Beam, Blizzard

Pokémon: Genesect

Stats: 89 / 115 / 100 / 115 / 100 / 93
Movepool Changes: -flamethrower, -ice beam, -thunderbolt, -blaze kick, -flame charge, -extreme speed
Typless volt switch clone. Changes type to whatever type of drive this pokemon is holding and boostes its power by 1.3x
Description: Turns into a mixed pivot rather than a physical pivot
Your subs are fine, but the council and I don't agree on making Techno Blast a typless move. Change Techno Blast into a Normal or Steel move and then they are fine.

Speaking of which; Paulluxx, kakaks & Magmajudis are part of the council! I hope for a good cooperation with you!

Anyways, consider this as a 24h warning.
Have a nice day!

Here are the Voting Rules and Votes will last for 72 hours.

Anyways, that's it for now.
Have a nice day and stay safe! Cya!

Most nerfs feel overdone on genesect, there are reasons its one of the pokemon tested in ou every new generation and groups of users request a retest every time, not a fan on how a lot of submissions just cut almost all of the versatility away.
