I was having a battle on the new suspect ladder on the Smogon Shoddy battler server, and a rather interesting glitch occured.
MajeSan sent out White Zombie (lvl 100 Froslass ?).
Ossatueur sent out Scizor (lvl 100 Scizor ?).
MajeSan switched in Jack of Spades (lvl 100 Swampert ?).
Scizor used Bullet Punch.
It's not very effective...
Jack of Spades lost 13% of its health.
Jack of Spades's leftovers restored its health a little!
Jack of Spades restored 6% of its health.

As stated above, even though Scizor used U-Turn, Swampert's Surf still hit it. I've already run into a few problems with this suspect ladder, so I'm not sure if something is wrong with the ladder or the move. Not sure what to do with this, so I'll just post it here.
