OK, so pretty clear it's gonna be Goth this time, but my vote goes for KyuB. It was always tier 1 and active, with a lot of talk about wanting it banned. Goth was clearly busted and got banned after a short time. Don't disagree she was a great mon, but I feel like KyuB had a more important impact on the Gen's Meta.
