[OVERVIEW]
Thundurus is a very, very niche Pokemon to use in National Dex. While it may seem appealing as a Nasty Plot sweeper, it has major flaws, being frail, easily revenged killed, and overall passive toward team styles like Sticky Web. It does have a redeeming quality in its base 111 Speed, which enables it to outspeed Pokemon such as Kartana, Garchomp, and Mega Latias and revenge kill all three. Even this advantage is diluted, however, since it's vulnerable to common priority moves like Ice Shard from Weavile and Sucker Punch from Mega Mawile. Thundurus is also harder to fit into a hyper offense team than other staples such as Volcarona and Mega Garchomp, which have superior defensive utility and are also more difficult to revenge kill than Thundurus. Most pressingly, it's near entirely outclassed by Thundurus-T, which has the exact same niche on hyper offense, especially since Sticky Web mitigates Thundurus-T's Speed disadvantage. However, Thundurus's Speed helps it on hyper offense styles without Sticky Web, like dual screens, which Thundurus-T does not work on well.

The combination of Nasty Plot and Fightinium Z lets Thundurus potentially wreak havoc. Focus Blast is able to smack Pokemon like Kyurem, Heatran, Tyranitar, Assault Vest Melmetal, and Ferrothorn. Hidden Power Ice gives Thundurus BoltBeam coverage, allowing it to hit Ground-types like Landorus-T, Garchomp, and Gliscor, and boosted Thundurus can use All-out Pummeling to obliterate Pokemon such as Chansey, Mega Scizor, Gastrodon, and Heatran. Dual screens support from Tapu Koko or Serperior can support Thundurus's sweep. Kommo-o, Mega Scizor, Mega Gyarados, and Volcarona appreciate Thundurus removing Water-types, and the former three can break special walls like Gastrodon and Chansey for it, while the latter can remove bulky Grass-types such as Ferrothorn and Mega Venusaur. Entry hazards from Pokemon such as Landorus-T and Mew help Thundurus wear down checks like Chansey, Gastrodon, and Mega Venusaur as the game progresses, and Sticky Web from Shuckle lets it outspeed erstwhile revenge killers, like Mega Lopunny and Choice Scarf Tapu Lele. Chople Berry Body Press Ferrothorn and Tapu Lele can support Thundurus as well, since they can remove Pokemon such as Gastrodon, Mega Venusaur, Mega Lopunny, and Tapu Koko, enabling Thundurus to clean up teams.

Mega Latias can really only beat Thundurus if its taken chip with Ice Beam. It definitely cannot use it as a setup.

Edit: I've used this pokemon during my Majors run last year and I used it as a Kartana answer for Hyper Offense teams. Unfortunately as weavile got more common they've slowed down now but its still nice fish. I would definitely not used this mon anywhere else though.

[OVERVIEW]
Thundurus is a very, very niche Pokémon to use in National Dex. While it may seems appealing as a Nasty Plot sweeper, it is much outclassed by Thundurus-Therian due to its higher Special Attack, an immunity to Electric-type moves instead of a neutrality with Volt Absorb, and is more splashable on team styles like Sticky Web Hyper Offense. It is also quite frail, and doesn't like taking Stealth Rock damage at all. (i mean i think relative to thundy t this isn't a huge issue; both run fight z regularly) And while its 111 base Speed tier is nice, outspeeding Kartana, Garchomp, and Mega Latias, it is also very weak to common priority users, like Weavile, Mega Medicham, and Mega Mawile. very prone to revenge killing, whether if it is OHKO'd by a faster Pokémon like Mega Lopunny, Tapu Koko, and Ash-Greninja, or priority from Weavile and Mega Mawile. (generally most ho mons run into this issue but being rkilled by prio is the big one imo) Thundurus is also harder to fit on hyper offense compared to other staples like Volcarona and Mega Garchomp, who possess superior defensive utility and are harder to revenge kill than Thundurus as well. Other Pokémon that can be used as a wincon also outclass Thundurus, like Volcarona, Swords Dance Mega Garchomp, Swords Dance Kartana, and Galarian Moltres, due to the offensive pressure they can put on teams immediately and their nice natural bulk, which are traits Thundurus lacks. (in ur sentence idt the problem w thundy is that these mons directly outclass it; its just ur never building a normal ho and going like "wow thundy fits like a glove", and if its webs literally just use thundy t) Because of those flaws, Thundurus is widely considered to be a unviable pick.

The combination of Nasty Plot and Fightinium Z turn Nasty Plot can turn Thundurus into a potential havoc wreaker, letting it break through Pokémon like Clefable and Chansey. Blissey and Amoonguss. Focus Blast is able to smack Pokémon like Kyurem, Heatran, Tyranitar, Assault Assualt Vest Melmetal, and Ferrothorn. Hidden Power Ice gives Thundurus BoltBeam coverage, allowing it to hit Ground-types like Landorus-T, Garchomp, and Gliscor, and Z Focus Blast allows it to obliterate Blissey and Chansey after a boost. Screens support from Tapu Koko or Grimmsnarl can benefit Thundurus’ sweep. If running Thundurus on hyper offense, Pokémon like Mega Charizard X, Mega Gyarados, and Volcarona appreciate Water-types being removed, and can clean teams after Thundurus eliminates threats that they would struggle with. Entry hazards from Pokemon such as Landorus-T and Mew such as Stealth Rock and Spikes can help Thundurus wear down checks like Chansey and Tyranitar to it as the game progresses, and Sticky Web from Pokemon like Shuckle can help it outspeed Pokémon that would otherwise revenge kill it, like Mega Lopunny and Choice Scarf Tapu Lele. But, even though it sounds good on paper, it is not good in performance, being entirely outclassed by Thundurus-T, which has the exact same niche on hyper offense, especially since the loss in Speed is mitigated by Sticky Web.

I think you should rephrase this from listing the pros of thundy-t to listing the cons of thundy, since this is thundy's analysis. And while its 111 base Speed tier is nice, outspeeding Kartana, Garchomp, and Mega Latias, it is also very weak to common priority users, like Weavile, Mega Medicham, and Mega Mawile. I think its better to upplay its one pro over thundy t than downplay it. Reword it to shed a more positive light on the targets it outspeeds, and mention priority users in like a minor way? if that makes sense. Pokémon like Mega Charizard X Kommo-o, Mega Scizor, Mega Gyarados, and Volcarona appreciate Water-types being removed, and can clean teams after Thundurus eliminates threats that they would struggle with. Talk about the mentioned mons on how they deal with grasses like ferro and mvenu and special walls in the case of the former 3 like bliss and chansey, once thundy blows its z ofc. Entry hazards from Pokemon such as Landorus-T and Mew can help Thundurus wear down checks like Chansey and Tyranitar as the game progresses, a rather weird two examples to pick in terms of checks, should do chansey, gastro, mvenu instead. and Sticky Web from Pokémon like Shuckle help it outspeed Pokémon that would otherwise revenge kill it, like Mega Lopunny and Choice Scarf Tapu Lele. But, even though it sounds good on paper, it is not good in performance, being entirely outclassed by Thundurus-T, which has the exact same niche on hyper offense, especially since the loss in Speed is mitigated by Sticky Web. Sounds ike a sentence that should be moved to the overview.
Also talk about teammates that can cover it defensively, eg mons that can cover things that revenge it like mlop, tapu koko, or mons that take a hit and can revenge like gastro, mvenu, clef.
