Note

Due to not having access to adding Byes directly to the user list of the Smogon Bracket Maker, or at the very least me not knowing how to, the last 5 users in the "Quit" list are given the Byes. I will ensure to randomize the substitution of the Bye slots on PS in the event we get a user wanting to sign up late as a substitution. I also paired up the remaining "Quits" one by one. Round two onwards will go much smoother. Also isn't it so strange how several of the users that signed up last those byes? Weird...
