I agree with the Tournament Directors that undisputed should not be allowed to play for South.
In fact, Delaware is: 1) geographically in the Northeast (backed up by the internet's greatest source of knowledge); 2) North of the Mason-Dixon line (which has historical importance as the border between the North and the South); and 3) wasn't even a confederate state in the Civil War.
Conclusion: undisputed should be eligible for Northeast
