substitute turned into an Ogerpon upon Terastallizing, it only lasted for a couple turns but was incredibly funny

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
i haven't been able to run additional tests yet but all i did was Shed Tail -> Ogerpon-Hearthflame -> Tera -> substitute is now an Oger
