STAB Take Heart Latios [QC 1/2]

[Set]
Latios (M) @ Soul Dew / Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
IVs: 0 Atk
Tera Type: Dragon / Fairy / Steel
Timid Nature
- Dragon Energy / Clanging Scales / Dynamax Cannon
- Esper Wing / Psystrike / Lumina Crash
- Recover / Aura Sphere / Surf
- Take Heart

Latios is a great Dragon/Psychic type that provides useful defensive and offensive options to a team through a combination of its typing, ability, stats, and movepool. Latios runs either Dragon Energy for big damage or either Clanging Scales for higher damage at a cost or Dynamax Cannon for consistency without downside. In regards to Psychic coverage, Latios runs one of the following which changes the dynamics of how you use it where Esper Wing lets it act as a fast setup sweeper, Psystrike or Lumina Crash let it break past special walls more easily if not immune. Latios typing provides it resistances to many common priority moves such as Water Shuriken, Thunderclap, Jet Punch and Grassy Glide, and its ability pairs well with defensive Tera's such as Steel allowing Latios to check Pokemon like Landorus-T.
Outside of STABs moves, it has decent coverage with Surf and Aura Sphere, which are effective versus common latios check such as Ting-Lu, Tyranitar or Gholdengo, with surf. One can also use recover, fitting more than a classic 3 attack in balance / fat team.
Defensively, Latios has troubles versus Dark types like Tyranitar or Ting-Lu and steel type like Gholdengo and Heatran and faces pressure from faster Pokemon such as Meowscarada, Darkrai or Greninja. Tera options include boosting basic stab coverage or more defensive options such as Steel, Fairy, or Dark. Pairing Latios with Great Tusk helps with taking advantage of opposing Tyranitar, Ting-Lu, and Darkrai, while Toxapex or Ting Lu might be more effective if looking for Gholdengo and Heatran response.

Latios Dragon type offer useful resistances versus common priority, like Water Shuriken, Thunderclap, Jet Punch, and Grassy Glide. On the other hands, Latios psychic stab let him access to a wide variety of potent set up moves like Take Heart, and Esper wing. Outside of STABs moves, it has decent coverage with Surf and Aura Sphere, which are effective versus common latios check such as Ting-Lu, Tyranitar or Gholdengo, with surf. One can also use recover, fitting more than a classic 3 attack in balance / fat team. Variant with Dragon energy or Psystrike variant would be preferred in Hyper Offense, paired with Sticky Web, where it is not crucial to gather speed boost and raw power are much appreciated.
Defenesively, Latios has troubles versus Dark types like Tyranitar or Ting-Lu and steel type like Gholdengo and Heatran and faces pressure from faster Heatran or Scizor are common Latios Check. Fast Dark type like Pokemon such as Meowscarada, Darkrai or Greninja. Tera options include boosting basic stab coverage or more defensive options such as Steel, Fairy, or Dark. are also very threatening, if you're not running Tera Fairy or if you're not able to take enough Speed / Special Attack boost. Pairing Latios with Great Tusk helps with taking advantage of opposing Tyranitar, Ting-Lu, and Darkrai, while Toxapex or Ting Lu might be more effective if looking for Gholdengo and Heatran response.

(Just reworded you a bit as I know English isn't your first language)
