Ghold really has a barren movepool, huh. Anyways, this set of ghold is a set that can be quite nasty if set up right. Eject pack means that ghold can fire off a powerful make it rain and escape the situation, which is an issue it finds itself in a lot. This switching out even occurs if you boost up first, which is very nice. Then, later on in the game, it can steal an item with thief and start doing ghold things again with the opponents item. Shadow ball is just good stab for ghold and allows it to start attacking if it doesn't want to switch out. Tera steel boosts the power of make it rain, allowing for a nuke pivot, while tera fairy and flying are just good defensive typings so ghold can fire off attacks.

Air Balloon leaves Gholdengo untouchable. Tera Ghost increases the power of Ghost-moves and removes their weakness to Ground.
As it is a set dedicated to covering stall, Make It Rain can be replaced with Thunderbolt or Focus Blast depending on what is needed.

ghold is able to set up screens effectively vs mons like clef and gking thanks to its defensive typing and decent bulk w investment. the combo of hex + twave allow ghold to cripple attackers while not being too passive; make it rain + recover can also be used to maintain longevity to block status and/or set screens throughout a game in spite of losing hdb or leftovers. 92 speed evs outspeeds uninvested gliscor.

Here we have an offensive set with two status moves that benefits from being Taunt-proof thanks to the ability Good as Gold.
Shadow Ball is the STAB, but I opted to drop Make it Rain due to the detrimental effect that forces Gholdengo to switch out or to be prone to be revenge killed. Dazzling Gleam seems a lot better to me to get rid of annoying Dark and Dragon types weak to Fairy.
Life Orb seems a natural inclusion here because the detrimental effect is much more manageable that that of Make it Rain, and Recover helps in terms of longevity. Also, unlike Make it Rain, Life Orb doesn't ruin Gholdengo's natural bulk as much, thus allowing us to make good use of the natural set of 12 resistances and immunities. Tera Fairy is to deal properly with Dark types (also with Sucker Punch) if necessary.
Recover is key to recover hp in clutch moments and Thunder Wave is the other hidden gem of the set because it allows to perform some Spe control and gain extra turns for both offense and defense.
The EVs spread is a standard fast offensive one.

Choice Specs Volcarona

I think people forget just how hard Volcarona hits. With a base 135 Special Attack, it's got nuclear Fire STABs as well as decently strong Giga Drains that it can fire off willy-nilly and hit most of the tier for very good damage. Many people also forget that it gets U-turn, letting it pivot out of the few things that it can't hit hard enough to be worthwhile. Overall, with the prevalence of QD Volcarona, this set can catch people off-guard. With good hazard control, this can be a monster.

Sunny Day Volcarona is a mon that is meant to hit hard, and have even more defensive utility. The main set for this is the overheat, tera fire set, which nukes everything under the sun (pun intended). Charcoal also increases the power of overheat further.
252+ SpA Charcoal Tera Fire Volcarona Overheat vs. 12 HP / 0 SpD Walking Wake in Sun: 168-198 (49.1 - 57.8%) -- 97.7% chance to 2HKO
This is a quad resist btw, other resists also get roasted.

So yeah, even at neutral, this thing demolishes everything. So just imagine how much damage its doing at +1 or +2. Plus, due to the sun, morning sun is healing a lot more, thus volc can take many more hits. It can even stall out a primarina due to the sun lessening the damage of surf and it healing much more than it can do back.
The other options for this set are more standard. HDB means that you don't have to worry about pesky hazards at all, while Heat Rock means that the sun is going to be up for longer, allowing volc to get more opportunities to deal massive damage. Tera ground allows volc to resist those pesky rocks, while tera dragon means it is resisting both grass and water moves. Fiery Dance allows volc to snowball much easier, while fire blast is an inbetween move that does have shaky accuracy.

Offensive AV Volcarona with Giga Drain and U-turn

Here we have an offensive check thanks to Assault Vest and U-turn to keep the momentum. Flamethrower is the main STAB, but we also have Bug Buzz that bypasses the opposite Substitutes, which is always a good thing. Giga Drain is our main way to keep Volcarona as healthy as possible.
The EVs spread is a fast offensive one.
Tera Ground is needed only if you don't have good hazards control (in that moment of the match) and you have to use U-turn repeatedly. Keep in mind that the Ground typing makes you immune to Thunder Wave.
