And the items that won:
Nugget: Boosts a Pokemon's Special Defense by 30%. Being hit by a Fire-type attack consumes it.
Lucky Punch: Usable by all Pokemon. Increases the power of punching moves by 1.4x and makes them ignore opponents' stat changes.
Goodranium Z: Allows Goodra to turn the attack Dragon Pulse into the Z move, Slimy Swamp Sauna, which is a 190 BP special Dragon type attack that traps foes.

Apologies for posting this later than I expected. New slate will be up tomorrow, but in the mean time, you can discuss how you think the new additions will change the meta!

Only subbing mons from unwinning metagames

"I'll put a shock to your system." ~ Static
Pokémon: Elphys
Mod of Origin: Evos For Everyone
Typing: Fairy / Electric
Stats: 75 HP / 55 Atk / 110 Def / 100 SpA / 120 SpD / 110 Spe
Abilities: Triage / Defibrillator* / Regenerator
When attacking an ally, heals them for 50% of HP instead of dealing damage (25% if spread move).
New Moves: Comfey's movepool + Thunder, Parabolic Charge and Nasty Plot
Competitive Impact: Elphys can either fit the role of a priority attacker, or it can fill a SpD pivot. Nasty Plot boosts its otherwise mediocre SpA to threatening levels, and Parabolic Charge gives it a decent secondary priority option. It can go Regenerator and opt for a more bulky option, with Assault Vest pairing with U-Turn to be an excellent defensive pivot.

Pokémon: James-Chimecho
Mod of Origin: Battle Ready!
Typing: Psychic
Ability: Levitate / Battle Bond
Base Stats: Same as Standard
Transformed Stats: 125 HP / 50 Atk / 90 Def / 95 SpA / 140 SpD / 65 Spe
Battle Bond Activation: Successfully execute a sound based move.
Buffed Move: Heal Bell
Move Changes: Switches out user into replacement of choice, ala U-Turn.
Competitive: James-Chimecho gains a ton of bulk, especially on the special side, and a useful move in Heal Bell, switch also functions as a switch into another mon to generate momentum.

Pokemon: Miltank
Mod of Origin:
OptiMons
Typing: Normal / Psychic
Abilities: Thick Fat / Scrappy / Sap Sipper (HA)
Stats: 110 HP / 95 Atk / 115 Def / 40 SpA / 85 SpD / 110 Spe | BST: 555
Added Moves: Wish, Healing Wish, Rapid Spin
Competitive Impact: Miltank is a weirdly fast wall. Its faster than many offensive Pokemon in the tier, including many sweepers (max speed miltank to dab on em Vivillons?). Miltank is bulkier with either effective resistances to Fire and Ice or a Grass immunity with Sap Sipper. As a supportive cleric, Miltank can heal teammates with Wish and Heal Bell, set Stealth Rock and spin away hazards, and bring a teammate back to health with Healing Wish, ensuring that it is not a momentum sap on more offensively inclined teams.

Pokemon: Crabominable
Mod of Origin: OptiMons
Ability: Anger Point / Iron Fist (HA: Technician)
Stats: 97 HP / 142 Atk / 97 Def / 62 SpA / 87 SpD / 73 Spe (BST 558)
Typing:

Notable New Moves: Icicle Spear, Ice Shard, Mach Punch, Bullet Punch, Hammer Arm, Icicle Crash, Arm Thrust
Competitive Impact: Crabominable was too slow for its own good, and with mediocre bulk and defensive typing, it died before it could do any damage. Now it has respectable bulk for a wallbreaker, making it quite the threat. Technician with Ice / Fighting grants it access to a large variety of abusable STAB moves.

Pokemon: Mothim
Mod of Origin: OptiMons (A trend lol)
Typing: Bug
Abilities: Prankster / Protean
Stats: 70 HP / 114 Atk / 60 Def / 114 SpA / 70 SpD / 112 Spe (BST: 540)
Added Moves: Rock Slide, Quick Attack, Knock Off, Thunderbolt, Stealth Rock, Hurricane, Sleep Powder, Drill Run, Seed Bomb, Flash Cannon, Megahorn, U-Turn
Removed Moves: Quiver Dance
Competitive Impact: It focuses on an All out Attacker role. I gave it colourful coverage on both sides of the spectrum, so it can execute lots of varying sets. But like ninja it doesn't have amazing moves from every type, having some moves that Pokemon that have the typing would usually look over. Like Greninja it can run Choice Scarf (It would be one of two good Scarfers that could reasonably revenge kill both Cargolure and Vivillon, the mets's most prominent set up sweepers), it can run AoA attacks, Stealth Rock sets and even Choice Specs.

Item: Dragonitium Z
Mod of Origin: G-Luke's Ideal World
Effect: Allows Dragonite to turn the attack Fly into the Z Move, Hidden Soaring Dragon.
Hidden Soaring Dragon is a 195 BP physical Flying type move that clears away all weather and makes contact.
Item: Metal Coat
Mod of Origin: GSC Neo
Effect: Boosts the power of Steel type moves by x1.4
Item: Soft Sand
Mod of Origin: GSC Neo
Effect: Boosts the power of Ground type moves by ×1.4

Pokemon: Magnezone
Mod of Origin: The Heart of the Cards
Type: Electric/Steel
Ability: Magnet Pull / Electric Trans* / Analytic
Electric Trans- If the user is not statused, it's Electric and Steel moves do 1.2x damage
Stats: 70/70/115/130/90/60 (BST: 535)
Added Moves: Magnet Slash*
Magnet Slash- Electric, Special, 110 BP, 85% Acc, 24 Max PP, If the target is a Steel type, this move always hits, Super Effective against Steel Types. Makes Contact
Description: The ultimate Steel type answer. Magnet Slash allows it to deal with Steel types like Doublade-Alola, Delta Latias, and Komodith without having to run Hidden Power Fire. It can now use Electrium Z with a much stronger move to power it up. It can even bluff having Magnet Pull and use Electric Trans, which buffs it's STAB moves even more.

Pokemon: Elmer Ape
Mod of Origin: Crossover Chaos EX
Type: Grass
Ability: Fruits of the Ape* / Grassy Surge
Fruits of the Ape- The user's berry cannot be removed by any means, even by consumption (the berry's effect can only happen once per turn). The Pokemon gets an additional type based on the Natural Gift type of the berry, unless it already has that type
Stats: 80/110/80/110/80/120 (BST: 580)
Added Moves: Natural Gift, Leaf Blade, Wood Hammer, Energy Ball, Sacred Sword, Night Slash, Psycho Cut, Psychic, Psyshock, Brave Bird, Fly, Air Slash, Recover, Refresh, Reflect, Light Screen, Taunt
Description: Elmer Ape is a versatile Grass type physical attacker that can have any secondary typing it wants thanks to Fruits of the Ape. It also gives the metagame a Terrain Setter, if you do not want to run Natural Gift.

edit: deleted loudred because i thought it was too unbalanced

Pokémon: Empress Vespiquen
Mod of Origin: The New First Gen
Stats: 90/70/102/70/102/60 (494)
Type:

Signature Item: Imperial Katana is a Costume item that works like Steelium-Z. When held by Vespiquen, transforms her into Empress Vespiquen. (Think of it like Graduation Scale.)
Abilities: Delta Stream | Queenly Majesty
Additional Moves: Whirlwind, Secret Sword, Flash Cannon, Quiver Dance, Thunder Wave
Description: Offensive Fairy-types with pesky Fighting coverage beating all the other Steels? Sinnoan Decidueye and Bastiodon outspeeding the entire Scarfed tier under their respective weathers? Maybe you think Stall should be a little better to make Hyper Offense not overcentralizing? Empress Vespiquen is here to solve all your problems. It has average bulk, but with Delta Stream, its only weakness is Fire and it resists a LOT of things. As for utility, Vespiquen has some options to offer. Hazard control with Defog, slow pivoting with U-Turn, phazing with Thunder Wave+Whirlwind, trapping with Infestation. It's not as passive as it seems, as Z-Flash Cannon is an option (you're using Imperial Katana as its item anyway).

Scared of Delta Stream? It's a weather with no abusers except the setter. Unlike our Sky High AG overlord, Empress Vespiquen has no real offensive presence. You could attempt to run Quiver Dance on this mon, but 70 SpA and 60 Spe won't get you very far.

248 HP / 252+ Def Empress Vespiquen vs 252 Atk Mega Lopunny

248 HP / 8 Def / 252+ SpD Empress Vespiquen vs 252 Atk / 252 SpA Mega Absol
Weird set for Absol, it's just to show how both sides do.

One thing of note, physically defensive sets on Vespiquen don't take Fire Blast so good.
4 SpA Absol-Mega Fire Blast vs. 248 HP / 8 SpD Vespiquen: 174-206 (45.4 - 53.7%) -- 36.3% chance to 2HKO
252 SpA Absol-Mega Fire Blast vs. 248 HP / 8 SpD Vespiquen: 214-254 (55.8 - 66.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

248 HP / 252+ Def / 8 SpD Empress Vespiquen vs 252 SpA Vivillon (no item)
Needless to say the Specially Defensive set is even better.

248 HP / 8 Def / 252+ SpD Empress Vespiquen vs 252+ Attack Life Orb Baloon
Baloon has 4 HP / 252 SpD in this calc.

248 HP / 252+ Def / 8 SpD Empress Vespiquen vs 252+ Attack Life Orb Baloon
Baloon has no investment in bulk in this calc.

248 HP / 252+ Def / 8 SpD Empress Vespiquen vs 252 Atk / 252+ SpA Deoxys (no item)
Another weird set to show off how these mixed attackers do.

248 HP / 252+ Def / 8 SpD Empress Vespiquen vs 4 HP / 252+ Atk Scarix-Mega

Things that counter it: Necroltres, Mega Camerupt X, Mega Camerupt Y, Cargolure, Delta Latias, Mega Delta Latias, Goodra, Dragon, Harmo Gliscor

Note: By technicality, Vespiquen is added along with its Costume form because Imperial Katana isn't glued to its held item slot. However, regular Vespiquen adds nothing to the meta, and there's absolutely no reason to not give it Imperial Katana to hold.

Pokémon: Serperior & Mega Serperior
Mod of Origin: Megas for All
Stats: 75/75/95/75/95/113 (528) (unchanged)
Mega: 75/125/105/105/105/113 (628)
Type:
(both)
Abilities: Overgrow | Contrary
Mega: Regal Reversal - Super-effective attacks used against this Pokemon have their damage reduced by 25% and do 50% recoil to the user.
Additional Moves: Horn Leech, Sacred Sword, King's Shield
Description: Finally a Megas for All rep, and also a Mega submission that doesn't have an useless base form. Serperior is as usual a set-up based stallbreaker and cleaner, even better against Sticky Webs users. Mega Serperior is an all-rounder, good bulk due to ability and good mixed offenses. Mega Serperior isn't ineffective against Steel-types like its base form. Both Serperiors have an amazing speed tier. The downside to both Serperiors is that Unfezant and Nailsage outspeed them.

Pokémon: Gliscor & Mega Gliscor
Mod of Origin: Megas for All
Stats: 75/95/125/45/75/95 (510) (unchanged)
Mega: 75/110/140/65/120/100 (610)
Type:

Mega:

Abilities: Hyper Cutter | Sand Veil | Poison Heal
Mega: Triage
Additional Moves: Leech Life, Crunch
Description: Another Megas for All rep that doesn't have useless base form. Base Gliscor is the one we all know and love. Mega Gliscor's biggest tool is +3 Priority Leech Life, making it a great answer to Deoxys, Trapinch, Mega Absol and others. Both base and Mega offer stall more room to breathe in the meta.

Pokémon: Purugly
Mod of Origin: Move Mastery
Stats: 71/82/64/64/59/112 (452)
Type:

Abilities: Defiant
Additional Moves: All moves and hazards that lower the opponent's stats. List below was taken directly from Move Mastery code.
Defiant: {"Aurora Beam", "Baby-Doll Eyes", "Growl", "Lunge", "Noble Roar", "Parting Shot", "Play Nice", "Play Rough", "Strength Sap", "Tearful Look", "Tickle", "Trop Kick", "Venom Drench", "Charm", "Feather Dance", "King's Shield", "Memento", "Crunch", "Crush Claw", "Fire Lash", "Iron Tail", "Leer", "Liquidation", "Razor Shell", "Rock Smash", "Shadow Bone", "Tail Whip", "Tickle", "Screech", "Confide", "Mist Ball", "Moonblast", "Mystical Fire", "Snarl", "Struggle Bug", "Tearful Look", "Captivate", "Eerie Impulse", "Acid", "Bug Buzz", "Earth Power", "Energy Ball", "Flash Cannon", "Focus Blast", "Luster Purge", "Shadow Ball", "Acid Spray", "Fake Tears", "Metal Sound", "Seed Flare", "Bubble", "Bubble Beam", "Bulldoze", "Constrict", "Electroweb", "Glaciate", "Icy Wind", "Low Sweep", "Mud Shot", "Rock Tomb", "Sticky Web", "Toxic Thread", "Venom Drench", "Cotton Spore", "Scary Face", "String Shot", "Defog", "Sweet Scent", "Flash", "Kinesis", "Leaf Tornado", "Mirror Shot", "Mud Bomb", "Mud-Slap", "Muddy Water", "Night Daze", "Octazooka", "Sand Attack", "Smokescreen"},

Description: Purugly is a very interesting Pokémon that brings lots of momentum. It sits at a comfortable Speed tier outspeeding Deoxys, Vivillon, Scarix, Latias, Decidueye and other threats. The rest of its stats are low, but a wide array of movesets makes up for it. The notable moves are bolded in the list and as you can see there are a lot of them. Best set will probably be Sticky Webs + Memento. Its bulk is pitiful, but Strenght Sap and King's Shield help it increase its survivability. Purugly's Attack stat may be useless most of the time, but access to Defiant lets it abuse Webs or incoming Defogs. Purugly also gets natural access to Knock Off, Sucker Punch, Fake Out, Foul Play, Taunt and U-Turn for even more momentum. A severe case of 4MSS for sure, but a radical case of MOMENTUM.

Pokémon: Archer
Mod of Origin: Crossover Chaos V2
Stats: 80/100/80/50/80/90 (480)
Type:

Abilities: Justified | Protean | Trace
Full Moveset: Swords Dance, Sacred Sword, Secret Sword, Leaf Blade, Solar Blade, Precipite Blades, Cross Poison, X-Scissor, Spirit Shackle, Thousand Arrows, Slash, Fury Cutter, Night Slash, X-Scissor, Aerial Ace, Acrobatics, Psycho Cut, Mirror Move, Mimic, Protect, Wide Guard, Quick Guard, King's Shield, Water Shuriken, Taunt

  • Battle Rifle - Steel | Special | 35 BP | 10 PP | 100% Acc | Hits three times. Target's Defense is used instead of SpD.

  • Light Arrow - Psychic | Special | 95 BP | 10 PP | 100% Acc | Can hit Dark-types, and is Super-Effective against that type.
  • Scythe Slash - Ghost | Physical | 80 BP | 10 PP | 100% Acc | 20% chance to inflict Perish Song.
  • Underworld King Slash - Ghost | Physical | 100 BP | 15 PP | 100% Acc | Slash-based. 30% chance to lower target's Def by 1.
  • Electro Hammer - Electric | Physical | 100 BP | 10 PP | 100% Acc | Lowers user's Speed by 1.
  • Jamba Spear - Physical Thunderbolt.
  • Rosa Ichthys - Grass | Physical | 100 BP | 10 PP | 100% Acc | Deals Steel-type damage instead if that would deal more damage. Slash-based.
  • Sword of Hisou - Ground | Physical | 90 BP | 10 PP | 100% Acc | Ignores Ground immunities. Type changes based on weather (Fire in Sun, Water in Rain, Steel in Sand, Ice in Hail, and Flying in Delta Stream), and doubles power when its type is changed.
  • Devilsknife - Dark-type Outrage
  • Diamond Pickaxe - Rock | Physical | 80 BP | 10 PP | 100% Acc | Removes entry hazards and binding moves from user's side of the field, except Sticky Web, Magma Storm and Whirlpool.

Description: Archer's very unique movepool + Protean make him a great option in a meta where not every type will have a physical attacker representing it. There are no Electric type, Normal type or Psychic type physical attackers. The only Fire type, Grass type and Poison type physical attackers are Megas. Most of those types are staples in offense. Archer gets good options for those types and more, patching weaknesses in a team's offensive core. We also have no physical Taunt-based stallbreakers (our best one of those is Gliscor), Archer fits that role very well. His bulk is not so great, but King's Shield is a great surprise option against offensive foes. Plus, as a Protean user he can become any type, but he starts off immune to Toxic Spikes and resists Stealth Rock which is great.

Some things hold him back though. 100 base Atk and 90 base Speed are below average for attackers in this meta. His 480 BST puts him in the bottom 3 lowest BSTs, excluding mons with Megas. Archer also has no Priority moves and no way to reliably boost his Speed, meaning he'll likely only run Scarf.

Item: Rose Incense
Mod of Origin: Noble Items
Effect: Contact moves against the holder cause the attacker to lose 12% of their HP. The holder lowers the opponent's evasiveness by 1 on switch-in.
Competitive Use: Since Iron Ball didn't get in last slate, here's another item that's great on bulky utility mons that want to abuse low accuracy moves. It's always nice to have Iron Barbs-like effect and many mons can benefit from this. Delta Latias with more accurate STAB Thunder. More accurate Inferno for Steve, or Zap Cannon for Porygon2.
Item: Hard Rock
Mod of Origin: Noble Items
Effect: On switch-in, the user hurls the Hard Stone at the opponent. This is a 50 BP, 100 Accuracy Rock type move (It can get STAB) with a 100% Flinch rate, and consumes the Hard Stone.
Competitive Use: Basically an item for leads to safely set up hazards, or for a Pokemon to switch in safely once. Is especially good on Steve, seeing as he has Recycle, gets most hazards and can even get STAB on it with Miner. You're still sacrificing an item slot for it, and in Steve's case a move slot as well, so it's still balanced.
Clarification: Some people were confused last slate. This item only gives a free turn to set-up if you use it on turn one.
Battle starts
Go! Pokemon!
Go! Opponent!
Pokemon used Hard Rock!
(The opposing Opponent lost XX% of its health!)
Turn 1
The opposing Opponent flinched and couldn't move!
Here Pokemon can do something
Turn ends

Turn starts
Trainer withdrew Teammate!
Trainer sent out Pokemon!
Pokemon used Hard Rock!
(The opposing Opponent lost XX% of its health!)
The opposing Opponent flinched and couldn't move!
Turn ends
Item: Protector
Mod of Origin: Noble Items
Effect: Holder's Defense is increased to 1.5x, but its Speed is reduced to 0.5x. If the holder is a Rhyperior, its Defense is increased to 2x.
Competitive Use: Since our physically defensive mons are lacking...

Pokémon: Flygon-Delta-ex
Mod of Origin: All the Aces V1
Stats: 80/120/80/100/80/110
Type:

Abilities: Clear Body / Magic Guard / Toxin Trickery (Uses Toxic on switch-in)
Added Moves: Sludge Wave, Sludge Bomb, Poison Jab, Venoshock, Poison Tail, Toxic Spikes, Purify, Synchronoise, Psychic, Zen Headbutt, Extrasensory, Psybeam, Stored Power, Calm Mind, Psychic Neurotoxicity (Physical Poison Psyshock clone, targets Special Defense)

Beats Easy: Baloon, Nihilego, Lileep, Florges, Goodra, Abomasnow, Scarix, Vivillon, Absol
Hard Loses to: Gengar-Mega, Flygon, Banette, Trapinch, Camerupt, Silly Putty (if you're running EQ), Decidueye, Bastiodon, Dragon, Archeops, Kangaskhan, Komodith

Toxin Trickery really messes with bulky things, but this thing is really just a fast attacker that can scare all these Fairies running around. Also, it loses to the other Flygon, which needs some love.

Pokémon: Poliwreck
Mod of Origin: Fourth Frontier
Stats: 110/115/115/70/100/70
Type:

Abilities: Water Absorb / Moxie / Swift Swim
Added Moves: Poliwrath's movepool + Mach Punch, Drain Punch, Superpower, Close Combat, Recover

Beats Easy: Gengar, Nihilego, Flygon, Doublade, Trapinch, Camerupt(-Megas), Steve, Defensive Porygon2, Abomasnow, Cargolure, Scarix(-Mega), Bastiodon, Komodith, Kangaskhan
Hard Loses to: Baloon, Gengar-Mega, Lopunny(-Mega), Banette(-Megas), Offensive Porygon2, Lileep, Florges, Deoxys, Gliscor, Latias, Abomasnow-Megas, Vivillon, Necroltres, Unfezant, Archeops

If you've ever played, this is basically bootleg Arghonaut. While it doesn't boast Spikes like it's CAP counterpart, it still nicely fills the role of a Water/Fighting wall and/or tank. Numerous defensive tools in Scald, Circle Throw, Hypnosis, Haze, and Refresh as well as enough power and more than enough bulk to effectively use Bulk Up, with STAB in Waterfall, Close Combat, Drain Punch, and Mach Punch and, if you can fit it, coverage in EQ, Ice Punch, and Poison Jab.
Also, hey look, something that can be trapped by Trapinch that instead uses it as setup bait.

Pokémon: Slowbro
Mod of Origin: Fresh Takes V2
Stats: 95/60/100/110/90/35, Mega: 95/75/180/130/80/30
Type:
, Mega:

Abilities: Storm Drain / Regenerator, Mega: Shell Armor
Added Moves: Heal Bell, Roar, Will-O-Wisp

Base Beats Easy: Baloon, Gengar, Lopunny, Banette-X, Florges, Nailsage, Latias(-Mega), Abomasnow(-Mega-Y), Decidueye, Vivillon, Absol(-Mega),
Base Hard Loses to: Nihilego, Flygon, Lopunny-Mega, Trapinch, Nihilego, Camerupt(-Mega-Y), Lileep, Wishiwashi, Kirby, Scarix(-Mega), Bastiodon, Kangaskhan, Enticeon, Archeops

While I still put in the Mega's data, I'd ignore it as, because Fresh Takes only changes the base form, Mega Evolving allows Slowbro to completely flip its matchup chart upside down and is probably broken enough for Slowbronite to get banned

On the topic of base Slowbro, it's a Defensive Fire-type done right. Access to Scald, Will-O-Wisp, Heal Bell, Thunder Wave, and Tri Attack allows Slowbro to spread status effectively while keeping status off itself and its teammates. Plus, great bulk, 2 amazing abilities for a Fire-type, and Slack Off, Slowbro makes for a unique piece to defensive cores.

Oh, and if the Mega Stone is allowed, prepare for a 1-time turn of the tables that can totally ruin a sweep. Also, Will-O-Wisp Mega Slowbro.
