Physically defensive Defog Flygon is a good check to Darmanitan. Flygon is a Darmanitan check that is able to turn it into a opportunity to defog or momentum with U-turn as it scares out Darm. or if after it has scared out darm as this flygon set can still defog on alot of the metagame importantly most of the rockers and spikers. So even if it does not get to defog on darm it will probably still get the oppurtunity later with its u-turn. With defensive and HP investment Flygon istakes 43% max from Darm flare blitz making it a good check. Even if Darm goes for u-turn flygon has its own u-turn to keep momentum and with investment can take a hit from most pokemon allowing it to keep momentum in the face of faster pokemon. This set is EVd to live 2 Cobalion CC and outspeed Togekiss. Leftovers are advised so that if darm u-turns on flygon it wont be in 2hko range of flare blitz as quickly.

Curse Snorlax is a hard counter to any Darmanitan set lacking Superpower. With the given EV spread, Thick Fat, Leftovers, and Rest to fully heal off any damage that it has accrued over the battle, Snorlax is able to consistently switch in to Darmanitan throughout the course of the battle and use it as an opportunity to set up multiple Curses in an effort to sweep or heavily dent the opposing team. If Darmanitan has Superpower, then checking it can become a little bit more tricky, but seeing as the posted set does not run Superpower, I won't be talking too much about that. Here are some damage calculations showing Snorlax's ability to wall Darmanitan:
The only things that Snorlax would have to worry about from Darmanitan are the occasional Superpower or Choice Scarf Trick, but again, since neither of these are on the given set, I don't think that discussing those possibilities is particularly relevant here. Darmanitan U-Turning out of Snorlax into a teammate capable of checking Snorlax can be troublesome, but in a 1v1 match, Snorlax will absolutely beat Choice Scarf Darmanitan.

Noivern can EV in def to aviod a 2hko from zarude's darkest lartiat with just a bit more it can live 2 darm flare blitz. It can roost spam till its in draco meteor range helped much further by rocks. also you could u-turn to keep momentum granted you read a swap out or if there low where in some situations reading is not nesesary
