Announcement SS OU will NOT be impacted by Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl

Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl will not impact Sword and Shield OverUsed upon release.

The Pokemon in BDSP will not be transferable to SS games upon release and, while this may change in the future, because of that our metagames remain entirely unchanged for the time being.

Separate arrangements are being made for BDSP and there will be more information on those upon release, but they have nothing to do with this subforum. For now, check this thread!

Given this, we will have an area for BDSP metagames throughout Smogon for those interested.
