i dont even think zeraora ohkoes pult anyway with knock, so just because of that im not voting pult >:)
the corv set is a bit iffy
bisharp is using sucker punch the guy switches out
victini would be my best vote but self voting sounds mid so no vote
In all honesty, that Bisharp was pulled out of my ass.

u guys have no taste since u guys havent voted for cell battery volcanion...

victini can ko it esp if it just v-creates instead... esp since it ko's

dragapult prob can lure it in esp since 1. dd is uncommon 2. colbur is uncommon

bisharp has to play 50/50 with sucker punch which will go to shit esp if it clicks BU and now it doesnt die

corv sounds good but that is because ur setting up alongside and fishing for no crits

victini

Victini @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Victory Star
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- V-create
- Bolt Strike
- U-turn
- Final Gambit
Does anyone here play Monotype? No? For those who do, you may recognize this set as the Choice Scarf set for Fire teams, however the Choice Scarf is replaced with Heavy Duty Boots.
The unintended side effect of running max HP (you're doing it for Final Gambit) is that you just barely accidently live Excadrill Earthquake from full.

252 Atk Excadrill Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Victini: 338-398 (83.6 - 98.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO (to prove my point)
252 Atk Excadrill Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Victini: 338-398 (83.6 - 98.5%) -- 31.3% chance to OHKO (after sandstorm damage, so 94%)

So uh... If it doesn't get up a swords dance, you can trade your Victini for it. Why you would do this is beyond me, especially since Final Gambit isn't too helpful unless there's a threat you *really* have to take out, but it's an option lmao.

252+ Def Choice Band Ferrothorn Body Press vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Excadrill: 438-516 (121.3 - 142.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 Atk Excadrill Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 252+ Def Ferrothorn: 102-120 (35.2 - 41.5%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

Volcanion @ Shuca Berry
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 248 HP / 152 Def / 108 SpA
Bold Nature
- Steam Eruption
- Flamethrower
- Toxic
- Protect

this set is designed to RKO exca. 1v1 exca is going to go for a eq regardless and volcanion lives the hit with shuca berry and a lot of bulk investment. this set lives a neutral exca with ~40% hp after rocks. After an SD volcanion guarantees to survive a eq after rocks and has a chance to live sand as well, this lures in exca perfectly as volcanion with bulk is uncommon asf and would definitely catch them off guard

:ss/Tapu-Lele:
Tapu Lele @ Babiri Berry :Babiri Berry:
Ability: Psychic Surge
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Moonblast
- Psyshock / Psychic
- Focus Blast
- Calm Mind / Taunt

Tapu Lele is very prone to Iron Head while Excadrill's speed is doubled in sandstorm, however, Babiri Berry allows Tapu Lele to survive an Iron Head and OHKO Excadrill with Focus Blast.

:Excadrill: -> :Tapu-Lele:
252 Atk Excadrill Iron Head vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Babiri Berry Tapu Lele: 171-202 (60.8 - 71.8%)

:Tapu-Lele: -> :Excadrill:
252 SpA Tapu Lele Focus Blast vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Excadrill: 370-436 (102.4 - 120.7%)

:ss/melmetal:
Melmetal @ Shuca Berry
Ability: Iron Fist
EVs: 32 HP / 252 Atk / 224 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Ice Punch
- Earthquake
- Double Iron Bash
- Toxic

Melmetal usually is bulky enough that it tanks one EQ from unboosted Excadrill and retaliates with either Earthquake or Superpower. However, once brought into Earthquake range it is vulnerable. With this set it removes that problem entirely, and Melmetal can even eat +2 Earthquake.

Additionally, this set takes very little away from actual teams and can lure Landorus, Garchomp, and even Dragonite.

relevant calcs:

252+ Atk Melmetal Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Excadrill: 388-458 (107.4 - 126.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+2 252 Atk Excadrill Earthquake vs. 32 HP / 0 Def Shuca Berry Melmetal: 246-291 (58.7 - 69.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock

Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def /4SpD
Bold Nature
- Wish

The 1v1 egg.Setup fodder?Even it chips by rocks,it cannot be OHKOd by :Excadrill:.Once it clicks Wish,Exca must choose to attack or let :chansey: heals teammates such as :landorus-therian:.But if it attacks,it suffers a Counter and dies. Then :Chansey: can still have the wish recovery and keep doing her duty.
Also :chansey: can still punish those u-turn spammers from taking :excadrill:in
(P.s. Better with 303 speed Lando to use)

Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 200 Def / 56 SpD
Calm Nature

- Soft-Boiled
- Counter
- Knock Off

This set seems self-explanatory. Lure in the Excadrill, and click Counter. Make sure no hazards are up, or Excadrill might break the Focus Sash with Rapid Spin.
